Jungkook sucked in his bottom lip and practically threw his phone onto the floor, on top of his pants that had somehow gotten down there.

Seokjin gave him a confused look but ignored it as he walked into the room. In his hands, he held a banana and some crackers.

"Do you feel okay? Would you like to settle your stomach?" He held out the food to Jungkook.

Jungkook couldn't help but blush. He read over his texts to Seokjin last night. He knows what he said, and lord knows what he did on the way here, or even afterward.

He took the food and huddled them up to his chest. "Thanks."

Shyness crept in as Seokjin sat down on the bed next to him. Of course, Jin wouldn't brush it away. Silly Jungkook, for thinking he would.

"Did you not take the medicine?" Seokjin's eyes were settled onto the table next to Jungkook.

Oh. Right.

"N-No, I wanted to make sure it was for me, first."

The look Seokjin gave him made him feel even smaller. "Koo, baby, nobody else here got drunk off their ass and probably feels like hell right now."

Jungkook pouted before snatching the bottle of water off of the table, then grabbed the medicine as well.

"I know. I- I just wanted to make sure." He reddened more as he took the medicine with ease.

Yeah, he feels and probably looks like shit. He's surprised Seokjin isn't looking at him any differently right now. The only look he's giving that sets Jungkook off is... curiosity.

"Why are you acting so shy?"

Well, Jungkook admitting to loving him last night through intoxicated words. Is that not a big deal to Seokjin? Why is he not acting off as well?

"Hyung..." Jungkook couldn't help but sink into the bed in humiliation.

Seokjin smiled down at him. "Is it because of the texts..?"

He shied more at the mention, and the way he tried to hide himself into the sheets made Seokjin smile even wider.

"Baby, don't be so shy." Seokjin crawled on top of him and kissed the top of his head that was peeking out.

Jungkook held tightly onto the blanket as he felt Seokjin roll over onto the spot that he had slept in last night.

He peeked over at Jin, mirth-filled eyes staring back at him.

"Come here, bun." Seokjin pulled the blanket over himself and opened his arms, waiting for him to give in.

Jungkook did, hesitantly scooting into Jin's arms and letting the older wrap them around him. The familiar scent, familiar hold, familiar voice, and calm breathing had him feeling relaxed. Even if he is embarrassed.

But the look in Jin's eyes wasn't as familiar. Sure, he's seen Seokjin happy before. He's seen his boyfriend laughing and smiling like there's no end to it. But something about right now...

Everything about it.

Not even just Seokjin. Him as well. The day even feels oddly different. Something just feels so new about everything. It feels so light, so fresh, and Jungkook doesn't quite know why.

"Bunny," Seokjin nuzzled his nose against his and forced their eyes to meet. "There's nothing to worry about, okay? I love you, too."

The whole world seemed to stop at those words, or maybe it was just because Jungkook stopped breathing and he still felt his head spinning from his hangover.

But with those words in mind, as Seokjin pressed a kiss onto his nose, he could feel it, the reasoning. He knows why the world seems so different today.

Because he finally feels free.

He finally told Seokjin that he loves him. And to top it off, Seokjin feels the same.

"Hyung," Jungkook muttered just before letting his eyes flutter closed.

"Yes?"

That same smile that was just on Seokjin's face made its way onto Jungkook's as well. Weight lifted off, heart beating loud in his chest.

"I love you." He clenched tight onto Seokjin's t-shirt and finally felt like he could breathe for once. "I seriously can't believe you're mine, hyung."

He could hear Seokjin hum in agreement, then press another kiss onto his forehead instead.

"I'll always be yours."
