➸ one : open the photo you want to edit

➸ two : make a new layer, choose desired eye color and draw

➸ three : set layer to overlay, soft light, hue or color, these will give different outcomes, you can try all of them to see which one you like the most

➸ one : open the photo in edit, then go to beauty, press eye color

➸ two : adjust the placement, opacity, and hue until you reach what you want
(use the eraser button to remove extra parts)
