『 MAIN EDITING 』
PicsArt
I used to do everything here. PicsArt has so many options and tools that can come in really handy. It's an amazing app especially for beginners. It's really easy to use and to learn how each thing works. Of course it has its limitations, but it's a fantastic place to start and learn mobile editing.
As of right now, I use this mostly for filters, effects and other finishing touches. Those may not seem very important to you, but they are. Those have great effect on any graphic you can make.

ibis Paint x
I've only started using this recently and it was a great choice. This is absolutely perfect for designers who like to add doodles and drawings on to their work. It has a wide range of brushes and other great features. This is pretty similar to the "draw" option in PicsArt, but this has more to offer. The tools here are a bit confusing and seem complicated at first, but it's easy to get used to. You can also open fonts here, just like in Phonto.

『 FILTERS 』
Pixlr
This app has a ton of built-in filters and overlays. It also comes with some borders and stickers. It has a collage option and other useful tools as well.

*I am aware that Pixlr has an online version, wherein it has similar options to Photoshop, but I have never seen or used the online version. I'm not very sure, but I think it's only accessible on non-mobile devices*
Polarr
So I don't really use this app anymore, to be honest I don't know why I stopped too. I think I should start using it again. Polarr has so many filters to offer, some are paid, but even the free ones are quite a lot. It also has many other tools that you can use for editing, mostly for adjusting colors or highlights, things like that.

『 OTHERS 』
Phonto
Very useful. You can download as much fonts as you want, it comes with some shapes and designs. You can easily change the colors, add shadows and strokes to the text. The downside? It lowers the quality of your photo.

Magic Eraser
Also very useful, the sole purpose of this app is to erase a background and create a png. The size and softness of the brush can be adjusted. You can choose to save what you've cut into a png or on to a white background. I personally find it easier to cut here, comparing to PicsArt.

Adobe Spark Post
As far as I can remember, this is where I did majority of my graphics when I started off.
(excluding Wattpad Covers app, guys please don't use that app if you really want to make good graphics)
This is something like Canva, it has many templates that you can edit and make your own. It's quite limited, but it's still much better than Wattpad Covers. Seriously I cannot express how much I don't want you guys to use Wattpad Covers.

Canva
I used to have this app, I only used it ever like twice. It also has a lot of templates to choose from and edit. Many people use this app to make graphics, you might like it. I personally liked Adobe Spark better, but that's just me.
【 5/10 】
PixelLab
I've never used this app because I'm an Apple user. This is only available on Android, as far as I know. I do hear very positive comments about it. They say it's pretty similar to Photoshop as well?
Photoshop
Obviously, this is no doubt the best editor out there. I don't think there's a full on Photoshop on mobile. I only know of the Photoshop Express and things like that. If you really want to make good graphics and designing is your passion, get Photoshop. It takes a lot of getting used to, but it'll all be worth it.

Google
A lot of people don't like taking images from Google because they claim that they have very low quality. There's a way to fix that. All you have to do is visit the site where the photo is, and save it from there. Don't save photos directly from Google, because they do have bad quality. I've gotten tons of great images from Google, so just try it out.

I only use PicsArt, Phonto and ibisPaint x, right now. For all the other apps, I either use them once in a while or never.
