Annabeth's POV

Yesterday, we arrived at a Camp, Camp Half-Blood. I was claimed by a big owl. "Athena's symbol," Luke told me. I was missing Thalia. She got turned into a tree. A pine tree. I sat down crying at the foot of a ash tree door. (Head cannon that Annabeth met Will at Camp when she arrived!!) "Hi. Are you ok?" someone asked. I looked up and saw a boy with blonde hair and boy eyes standing. "N-no," I stammered. "I'm not." He stood there looking like he was thinking about what to say. "I'm Will. Will Solace. You?" he asked. "A-Annabeth C-C-Chase," I replied with a weak smile. Will stood there smiling. "Wanna be friends?" he asked. "Sure!"
