"Thank you so much Sydney for picking up Nicky" Erica gave her a long hug, Sydney smiled and hugged back.

"You're very welcome, Mrs. Daley" She smiled softly before breaking the hug

"I hate to cut this short but I have to go to class, I also need to work." Sydney sighed, Erica opened her mouth to say something but got interrupted by the door bell

"Just, stay here first." Erica said before heading towards the door. Sydney sighed and decided to go to Nicky's room and hang out for a while

His door was open so she knocked at the door frame, Nicky looked up and saw Sydney, he smiled cheekily

"Hey Syd."

"Hey, Whatcha doing?" Sydney walked over and sat beside her, Nick just shrugged as he continued to write something on his notebook before closing it and stood up grabbing his coat

"Dad's bringing me to hockey, want to come?" Nick offered, Sydney shook her head and stood up walking out of Nick's room

"I still have class today, I'll just see you tomorrow." Sydney said and ruffled Nick's hair before heading towards the kitchen, there stood Erica and Larry talking

"Hey Larry"

Larry turned around and saw Sydney with Nicky standing next to her

"Hey Syd." Larry smiled.

Sydney smiled back before facing Erica

"Mrs. Daley, I need to go, class will be starting after 40 minutes"

"Sure, Come back tomorrow okay?" Sydney nodded and bid goodbye to the three of them

"Okay class, please submit your forms for the field trip at Museum of Natural History" Their professor announced, everyone stood up and passed their papers including Sydney.

"I'll see you all tomorrow." The professor said before shooing them away.

Sydney quickly packed her stuffs before rushing out of her classroom, she ran out of her university and called cab

"Where to?" The driver asked looking at Sydney at the mirror view

"Starbucks" She replied, the driver nodded before heading towards her location

When they arrived Sydney handed her payment to the driver and muttered a 'thank you'

She quickly jumped out of the cab and ran towards the cafe and entered the staff room, she changed into her uniform before walking towards the cashier

"Hi what can I get for you?" She smiled at the customer.

"I'm so tired." Sydney sighed, Niall her co-worker chuckled as he continued to wioe the tables

"So.. Any plans today?" He asked, Sydney tied her hair into a ponytail before answering

"Not really, Why?" She asked, Niall just shrugged before finishing wiping the tables

"Just curious" Niall said before removing his apron and brushed his hair with his fingers, suddenly her phone buzzed, she grabbed her phone from her pocket and read the text, it was from her mom

Sydney sighed before removing her apron and throwing it to the counter,

Guess I should go take a visit to the museum.

She thought, she looked at her wrist watch before rushing inside the staff room and changing into her normal clothes.

She bid goodbye to Niall, and left the cafe as she started walking towards the museum.

When she arrived she noticed the museum was closing she sighed, she walked towards the door and peaked inside, until she saw Larry talking to an old man, Sydney smiled and knocked at the glass catching the old man and Larry's attention.

Larry waved at her before excusing his self to the old man and ran towards Sydney, he opened the door and let her in

"Syd, What are you doing here?" He asked placed his hands on his hips

"Well, I thought of visiting the museum, What are you doing here?" She returned the question

"I work here, Don't tell Nicky yet." Larry put his finger on his lips

"Larry! Whose the young lady?" The old man asked, Larry grabbed her arm and dragged her towards the old man

"Cecil, this is Sydney. Sydney this is Cecil." Larry introduced, Sydney smiled at Cecil

"Nice to meet you" Sydney softly said, Cecil grinned at her

"Do you want to join us, young lady?" Cecil offered, Sydney shrugged and nodded,

"Sure."

"Wait, isn't your mom home?" Larry asked, Sydney sighed and shook her head

"No.. She said she has to get to work, she'll be back at 7 in the morning."

Larry nodded and patted Sydney's back

"Let's start the tour then" Cecil clapped his hands together and lead the way

"Gotta keept it moving, Larry, Sydney. I'm pretty spry for an old man." Cecil chuckled as he lead us to a room

"This is the Diorama Room." He said and continued forward

"Oh yeah." Larry said as he walked towards the roman miniatures leaning down to look closely

"I remember these little guys. Cute." He whispered the last word making Sydney giggle, they continued forward as they left the room they stood at the hallway looking around for the old man

"Cecil!" Larry called out, no one answered, suddenly the lights turned off, Sydney looked at Larry confused, he just shrugged and continued down the hallway

"Hey, Cecil!"He called out again, no answer, they continued walking as they past some weird looking statues wearing enormous masks

"Maybe he went back to the office" Sydney said

"Maybe but--"

"Ha!"

Larry and Sydney scream as they turned around to see one of the figures standing behind them, suddenly the figure started laughing.

Sydney who placed her hand where her heart was breathed deeply, the figure removed the mask revealing Cecil laughing his ass off

"Did I get you two good?" Cecil said through his laughs, Sydney nodded as she brushed her hair back with her fingers.

"Yeah. You got us" Larry sighed, Cecil let out another laugh as he hit the floor repeatedly with the spear he was holding before throwing the props back to the exhibit.

Then suddenly Cecil stopped laughing, his facial expression turning serious

"Seriously, though, no fooling around in here. This stuff is really old." Cecil gave a warning look at Larry before clapping his hands together

"All right, then. As you can see, it's pretty quiet in here these days" Cecil said as they exited the room and walked upstairs

"On the left there is your Attila the Hun" He pointed at the exhibit at the left, they continued forward as they passed the Easter Island head

"And here we have our Easter Island Head." Cecil pointed at the giant head sticked to the wall at their left

They continued until one of the staffs spotted Cecil and greeted him, Cecil smiled and waved at the staff before walking inside the Hall of African Mammals

"And this, of course, is the Hall of African Mammals" Cecil said throwing his arms up in the air before lazily letting them fall at his sides

"Ah yes." Larry said looking around, when he turned to a tree he spotted a monkey

"Oh, Monkeys. I love monkeys." Larry pointed at the monkey standing at the tree and walked towards it

Sydney rolled her eyes and chuckled following him behind

"Huh, He's cute." Sydney said as she stared at the monkey, Larry nodded approvingly

"Yeah, we call him Dexter. He's quite a little ball of fun, aren't you, Dexter" Cecil smiled at the monkey, Larry turned around and stared at Cecil who opened his mouth

"Moving on." He said walking away, Sydney followed behind while Larry stayed for a second looking back to the monkey

They headed towards the Egpytian section and entered an egyptian temple.

Sydney was in awe as she stared at the egyptian letter written on the wall

"And, finally, this is the Temple of the Pharaoh Ahkmenrah" Cecio said and stood at the gate while he turned on his flashlight

Ahkmenrah..?

Sydney frozed for a bit as her head started to ache a little, she bit her lip nervously, before closing her eyes and took a deep breath and slowly opening them, she saw that Larry and Cecil is heading towards the tomb, She quickly followed them and stopped behind them

"And in that tomb right down there, the pharaoh himself." Cecil moved his flashlight towards the tomb, Sydney stared at the golden tablet that was stuck on the wall

"Neat." Larry said cooly

"And hanging on the wall behind him was his most orized possession the Tablet of Ahkmenrah" Cecil said and flashed his flash light at the tablet

Sydney tilted her head as she stared the the tomb, for some reason she felt attracted to it, like she wanted to open it.

"Twenty-four-carat gold. It's worth a fortune." Cecil stared at it.

Sydney's eyes started to turn gold as she stared at the tomb, she started to mutter egyptian words, Larry turned around and from what he saw frightened him.

Sydney's eyes turned gold, and she started to mutter words that Larry doesn't understand, Larry brought his hand infront of her face and started waving

"Syd, hey, Syd!"

Sydney's eyes turned back to normal and also stopped muttering

"Sorry, you were saying?" Sydney smiled at Larry like nothing happened

"N-Nothing." Larry said before turning back to Cecil who was staring at the tablet oddly

Sydney felt an odd small pain on her head but she ignored, but slowly the pain started to get bigger, she felt dizzy and slowly she was losing conscious and then it happened, she fainted.
