Atem sighed as he walked through the hallways of his palace on his way to breakfast. Once he sits down at the large table he eats the meal in front of him as his script recorder, Jono, appeared "good morning Pharaoh" the blonde greeted "hello Jono" Atem greeted back looking at his subordinate with a friendly smile . "You know Pharaoh" started Jono before bowing in respect and looking up at the Pharaoh's throne and the other one beside it "...you'll need a queen soon" Jono said hoping Atem would take his words into consideration. Atem sighed a deep sigh "I know I need a queen.... But the princesses I met- they just aren't right for my people" Atem said finishing his meal as he stood up straight "I understand Pharaoh but I am just saying that you might need one soon" Johan said bowing again and walking off not wanting to upset the Pharaoh.

Atem walked back to his room going to the balcony looking down at his busy town in front of him seeing the people walking around endlessly while hearing the chatter of all that lived in his kingdom. Atem sighs as he remembers Jono's words "but the queen I desire must not care about her looks as much as the other princesses do" Atem mumbled to himself. Then he looked at the sky "oh Winged Dragon of Ra. Please hear my prayer, I know I am in need of a queen.... Therefore I ask, who will be the perfect queen for my kingdom?" A few minutes went by while Atem's eyes stayed glued to the sky. He blinked as his surroundings were suddenly changed into a dark realm as the Three Gods: Slifer the Sky Dragon, Winged Dragon of Ra, and Obelisk the Tormentor. Atem bowed his head in respect knowing that regardless of him being Pharaoh, he had no control over the Three Egyptian Gods.

"Pharaoh." Ra started with a strong and mighty voice "I have heard your prayer" Atem heard Ra's booming voice "yes, and have you thought of a response?" Atem asked now standing tall and proud. Ra looked into Atem's eyes that showed determination, worry, strength, and need. Ra looked at Slider, then Obelisk and back at Atem.

"We know who would make the perfect queen" Slider spoke this time, his voice just a bit higher but at the same time, intimidating. Obelisk nodded his head "that is correct" Obelisk's voice was the deepest of all as it caused the ground to shake. Atem nodded and bowed again "thank you for using your time" he said, but he still wasn't satisfied. Who was it that would make the perfect queen? Ra saw this as his voice boomed again "tomorrow, you will meet her in the town" the red dragon spoke with no hesitation. Atem nods his head once again while Ra thought about the woman in his mind for a minute "she is different from others, she suffers pain but gives off a kind gesture no matter whom you hurt" Ra said. Atem opened his eyes as he was back on his balcony.

With another sigh, Atem looked back at the busy town hearing some sort of commotion going about, as he looked closer all he saw was some people running making him wonder if anything major was going on. Well Atem had something planned tomorrow: finding his future queen in the town.

This is more of a prologue now that I think about it.....

Yeah yeah, I know I personified Ra, Slifer, and Obelisk, a bit.... But hey, its for the story.
