No One's POV
As Ra's rays shines onto the cold and dark earth, making the time morning, the people in the town below wake as they get ready to work until sunset. Some continue to sleep as some get ready to go on long journeys to trade. You can say that everyone was lively in their own way, speaking of lively... The Palace seems lively.

"COME BACK HERE!"

"ATEM! IT'S OVER THERE!"

"PHAROAH! I GOT IT!"

CRASH!!!!!

"Or.... Not"

Indeed lively. The Pharaoh, along with his wife, Mana, Johan, Priest Seto, Mokuba, and the slaves and guards run around the Palace as a beautiful creature that had grey fur with black spots that came to the tips of its fur prowls and runs around the Palace. This creature was the Egyptian Mau. 

"GOT IT!"

Mana shouts but screeches as the Egyptian cat claws her face with its own screech as it makes Mana let go of it and runs off. Atem and (name) pants "I th-though that... The E-egyptian Mau was d-dom-istcated" Atem panted and (name) panted back "it..is" more screeches and running was heard as the two gathered themselves and started to run again. If you're confused about what happened then I will explain.

[FLASH  BACK TO......5-6 HOURS AGO]

Atem and (name) were sitting in their room as they had just woken up by the sound of Mana shouting. When the two got ready they walked out of their room and made their way to Mana.

"Mana, what is going on?"

Atem yawned as so did his wife.

"I found an Egyptian Mau and he was hurt so I brought him in but Priest Seto told me to take him away!"

Mana explained as a frustrated Seto huffed.

"It is a wild animal! It should not be in he Palace!"

(Name) looked at Atem and Atem looked back as he sighed "we'll let him stay for today to heal up. But when Ra's sun sets then it will be time to let him be" Mana's eyes gleamed while Priest Seto sighed in defeat. He could never go against the Pharaoh. Never. 

[AN HOUR LATER]

A loud screech was heard as so was a scream of pain making Atem and (name) quickly rush out of the library and to the bath. When the couple arrived they were surprised to see a determined Mana trying to clean the Egyptian cat with a bucket filled with water. The two began to understand the screeching and screaming. Mana got the bucket with one hand while her legs held down the cat as she dumped the water onto the cat making the cat screech loudly making (name) and Atem hold their ears as so did Mana. With Mana's guard down the cat leaped out of her arms as it began to run away all around the Palace taking us to where we are now.

[FLASH BACK END]

Atem had spotted the Egyptian Mau run into the garden as he got his wife making them both go to the garden while they pant as they walk.

"I wonder why it ran out here?"

(Name) asked with her catched breath.

"I'm not sure. But it certainly had its reason."

Atem said as a heard meowling. He and (name) rush over to the sound but couldn't find it as more mewls were heard. A whimper from the car and soon, more than one mewling. The couple had followed the sound of the mewling all the way to the Date Palms. When they arrive they saw that the Egyptian Mau was a mother with six kits. (Name) and Stem awed by the adorable scene where they saw the babies drinking their mother's milk. Atem had gone to get the doctors as he told (name) to stay with the Mau.

(Name) sat down by the cats as she looked at the mother "you made us chase you everywhere, just so oh can have your children?" The cat purred as her eyes met with (name)'s. A question came to (name)'s head as she signed "should I become a, you know, mother?" The cat had given a look of interest at the Queen that have her, her space along with her kits. The female Mau began to appreciate the young queen. When the mother cat finished feeding her babies and picked one up and placed it on (name)'s lap surprising her "what's this?" (Name) asked and the car had out another one of her babies on the Queen's lap. (Name) had gotten the idea as she let the mother of th kittens or then on her lap as (name) held them in her arms. The Mau jumped on (name)'s shoulder as (name) walked into the Palace.

The ones that saw her in the Palace was surprised to see the Egyptian Mau let her carry her babies. Atem was also quite shocked but he smiled "I see you have gained her trust" Atem said and (name) met out a soft smile "Egyptian Maus choose their human compainion. I guess she chose me" (name) said quietly so she wouldn't disturb the kits that slept. Atem looked at his servants "please make a bed for the Mau and her children" the servants nodded as they went to do their job. (Name) and Mana's eyes shined.

"We can keep them?"

Mana asked and Atem chuckled "the mother trusts (name) and the kittens are too young to be out in the sun for that long. They also need food. Atem said with a confident smile as he have a look at (name) who nodded with a smile of her own.

"Thank you Atem."

Atem nodded "these will be our new pets" he announced to his wife. The Mau on (name)'s shoulder slept on her shoulder making (name) giggling from the purring and moving on her neck. (Name) was appt that she gained new pets that would need names soon.
