(Name)'s POV
Today, Atem was at another meeting leaving me alone in the room but he had given me a kiss goodbye for the time he would be absent. I truly love Atem. My skin has strangely become paler due to me staying burried in the sheets for a few days. But ever since yesterday I have been feeling energized. Atem risked my traumatized memories just so he could clear the air between us and me with the world. I admit, because of Akefia that day I started to hate my life, I hated being female. But when Atem made the effort to help me, it warmed my heart. Atem was truly a kind Pharoah and I know he will prosper.

As I stand on the balcony I stare at the town that held lively crowds as children ran around with innocent smiles while some were injured and needed aid. I fixed my ruffled dress as I began to walk out of my and Atem's room as I met Johan along the way as he accompined me to the library "thank you Johan, I'm just looking for something to pass the time" I explained briefly as Johan nods "well if you need any suggestions then I will be here. I have to record some stuff down so I'll be here for a while" I now my head and look through the shelves that held records, stats, history, and legends. Out of all of them one had caught my attention 'Heir of the Pharoahs' I grabbed it and went to Johan "what is this Johan?" I asked. Johan looked at me "ahh... That is an abandoned rule book about Heirs for the Pharoahs. It had some history in it" I nodded again and thanked Johan "anytime Queen" Johan bowed his head. I say down and began to read as I wondered why this book was an abandoned rule book.

When I read the first page my eyes widen as I quickly closed the script and placed it back where I found it "I will be taking my leave Johan, thank you Dr accompanying me" I said with a smile and Johan nodded. I leave to the gardens where I then met Mana "oh hello Mana" I greeted as she gave me a warm smile "hello Queen!" She greets and I giggle "(name) is alright when we're alone" I sit beside her on the bench and look at the beautiful flowers that have survived in the dry and hot dessert. Mana and I began to sit in silence but I only embraced it as I felt Ra's rays against my face.

"Um.... (Name)?"

She calls out and I turned to her "yes?" I answered as she looked at me and the sun "well... I was wondering if you and Atem plan to have children" I had choked on the air I had inhaled in "WHAT?!" I shouted with disbelief. Mana repeated her words and a HUGE blush covered my face "I-I'm not sure. We never really bring up the subject. Why do you ask?" I questioned. Mana looked at me and began to fidget with her fingers "I over heard them in the confrence room" she says and I sign "well, the subject had to come up sooner or later" Mana nodded.

Mana and I spent the day together in the garden and around the palace where we played hide and seek and even got a guard or two to play with us. It was a pretty fun day despite the fact I didnt get to spend the whole day with my husband. When the day grew dark and I was standingnon the balcony outside my shared room with Atem I didn't hear the door open as I was lost in what Mana and I talked about in the garden. I felt arms around my waist causing me to jump and squeak as I hear the familiar chuckles of Stem erupt "in the name of Slifer the Sky Dragon! You scared me Atem!" I shouted. Atem only chuckled more as he turned me around and kissed me passionately as I kiss back. We pulls back as we make out way to the bed and sit on it "(name)?" When questioned and I looked at him "yes Atem?" I asked as his face flushed "d-do you want ch-children?" My face flushed as well. So they did talk about children. 

"Only if you want them." I said with a smile and Atem smiles back "just tell me when you're ready" he says and I nod as we rest for the night.
