TWO:TWO

Coleena yawned tiredly as she fiddled with the hem of her long sleeve, she was wearing ankle high boots and jeans with a hoodie and regular shirt. Complete opposite of what Alice had picked out and total different colors. The colors were warm compared to the cool tones Alice had picked. She sat on the porch awaiting Jasper Hale, whom Alice had said would be picking her up.

"Leena Marie!" She flinched at the shrill voice she had heard from the porch to the street, Alice Cullen standing beside Lukas, and Jasper Hale. "I told you, you need to match us!" She whined as Coleena rolled her eyes standing up slightly.

It hadn't mattered because Alice had already been standing in front of her ready to touch her but she jumped back. "Alice." It was Jasper who had grabbed at Alice's hand lightly creating enough time to Coleena to escape.

Black eyes met black eyes as they seemed to have a stare down. Jasper tilted his head slightly. "You know her rule." Alice pouted crossing her arms while Coleena laughed slightly.

"I'm the only one!" She whined as Luke made his way over to his wife. Coleena admired them for a moment, a longing feeling striking her chest. Jasper's calculating eyes already watching her as she looked away.

A sadness mixed with happiness, coursing through her. She didn't want to feel this way, like she could look into his eyes no matter the color and be mesmerized. It was a gift. One only he had. "Luke make her change!" Alice complained pointing a finger towards Coleena who rolled her eyes.

"Alice." She started looking at the pixie girl who was only shorter due to her standing on the porch. "Give me a good reason as to why." Alice pondered before she sighed heavily. Coleena smirked before getting ready to step down.

Oh how wrong she had been.

Hoping Alice Cullen would have let her alone.

Coleena had a scowl on her face as she walked into her first class period late. Rosalie sat at their desk a snicker reaching the raven haired girls ears, one human ears wouldn't have picked up on. Her glare had switched to Rosalie as she stalked towards her, the flats making her feet feel off and the dress shifting against her legs slightly.

"So-" Rosalie started as she took her seat.

"Not a word." Coleena shut down as Rosalie laughed and Coleena crossed her arms. She grabbed Roses hand tightly blue eyes on light gold ones.

"I don't understand why she's so pushy. She can't even say why we needed to match!"

Rosalie laughed as Coleena fumed, she could have had steam coming out of her ears.

"It's just how Alice is, you'll get used to her eventually. Over the years the clothes and being dressed up won't even bother you as much." Coleena could only scoff and roll her eyes before she loosened her grip on her friends hand.

"I'll never get used to it." Rosalie huffed another small laugh before Coleena let go of her hand completely to pay attention to the lesson, while she was sure she was going to have to go through high school again she'd rather already know everything. That way her later years can be spent working towards other things.

Coleena had still been slightly fuming by the time her first period had ended, however it completely disappeared when she locked eyes with Jasper. He looked rather strung out. His jaw set tightly and his eyes practically begging for Coleena to understand. Rosalie moved fast but not as fast as Coleena as she quickly gripped onto Jasper's hand.

"Jasper?" Rosalie asked but his grip was tight on Coleena's hand so she tightened her grip on his as his eyes stayed connected to hers.

"I'm sorry, just my thirst feels worse today for some reason. It's really difficult to explain and you shouldn't have to deal with me like this." Leena's eyes softened for her soulmate as she brought his hand to her lips and kissed the back of his hand. The ice cold feeling of his hand cooling down her lips.

"There's nowhere else I'd rather be than helping you with this. This is part of you Jasper Hale, I cherish it just as much as I cherish the rest of you. Can you make it to lunch? We could just skip the rest of the day after, you could feed and feel better." Jasper felt his control slowly come back down to him at her voice and words floating through his head. This was all he really needed to make it the rest of the day.

"I feel better. I can make it." He nodded to reassure her as Rosalie quirked her eyebrows. She liked it in forks and she didn't want to have to leave because one of her brothers slipped up, secretly though she was worried about if they left if they wouldn't have Coleena with them anymore.

Jasper put his free hand on her shoulder gripping onto the back of her neck as he kissed her forehead, the ice feeling easing every bone in Coleena's body. "I'll see you at lunch." He whispered to her as he took a deep breath of her scent before he walked down the hallway to his next class.

"Is he okay?" Roe asked a pink cheeked Coleena who could only nod.

"Uh-huh."

"Are you okay?" She teased lightly with a laugh which only caused the pink to turn into a red.

"I'm fine!" She protested before stomping embarrassed down the hallway to her next class, her fingers resting on the spot Jasper had kissed. Was that something friends did? Kiss each other's hands and foreheads. Was that more intimate than the make out session they had?

Her mind felt full of turmoil but her body felt at ease. They had all of eternity to figure themselves out, why let this be her underlying issue right now? Her heart couldn't stop the warming feeling it held though. She quite liked the way her and Jasper were right now. She hoped nothing changed it.

However almost as if the universe was giving her a sign that things would change one day she bumped right into someone so strongly it sent her to the ground. "Oh god, I'm so sorry!" That voice sent a wave of annoyance over her that caused her glaring up at the one girl she already hadn't liked. "Really I'm- I wasn't paying attention." She stuttered out holding her body awkwardly as Coleena stood to her feet.

"Well you really should." She held no anger in her words just an emotionless tone. She didn't like Isabella Swan, she had no real reason for it she wouldn't even be able to tell you why but she could bet it had to do with her magic. Her father always had a theory that when something would effect your life in a bad way your magic always had a way of.....breaking it's natural flow.

Isabella Swan was breaking Coleena Caster's normal magic flow.

"I know, I just can't find my next class. I was trying to look at the map and you just bumped right into me." She moved the map in a way of trying to prove herself to her but Coleena had still been stuck on 'you bumped into me' was the bumping of them her own fault? A small amount of guilt found it's way into Coleena's feelings as she sighed heavily.

"What class is it?" She asked and Isabella furrowed her eyebrows seeing as the girl she had thought hated her was trying to help her out. As there was a pause Coleena felt her patience grow thin. "Isabella we don't have all day." She said irritably which caused the other girl to nod swiftly before looking at the paper.

"It's uh....P.E." Coleena sighed before she started walking away, that was also the class she had next as well. Luckily for her Lukas would be with her for it. Once noticing that the new girl wasn't following her she called out over her shoulder.

"Are you coming or what?" She heard the hurried footsteps of Isabella as they both walked in an awkward silence towards the gym.

"So you were new too right? Did you have any trouble finding your classes?" She asked almost timidly as Coleena thought for a moment, had she had that trouble?

"A little bit." She admitted her blue eyes staring straight ahead. "This school is a lot smaller than the academy I went too when I was younger, so it was easier to remember the rooms here for me." She saw Isabella nod her head out of the corner of her eye before she asked a question that Coleena wasn't sure how to answer.

"Where was your academy at?"

"Canada." The reply was swift and practiced she had used the answer multiple times.

"How did you end up in the states?"

"My parents divorced." She stated simply as they reached the gym doors, Isabella Swan did not seem to have the brightness of picking up when someone didn't want to talk. That or she just didn't care. "Anyways we're here." Coleena stated before she pulled the door open and met the golden eyes of Lukas Hale who stood near the bleachers. Almost like he had been waiting for her.

She walked away from Isabella and right over to the vampire as she sighed heavily and leaned her head onto his shoulder, the other creature in the room laughing at her reaction. "Poor Lele." He cooed as she pushed his shoulder.

"I really don't like her." Coleena mumbled as her blue eyes studied the new girl.

"You've just met her."

"Met her last night." She stated matter of factly to the vampire who shared a look with her. He only rolled his eyes.

"Left that bad of an impression huh?" He asked scratching his chin in thought.

"Yes." Coleena met his eyes once more before he shrugged it off, however when she grabbed his hand he paused slightly.

"My father used to say our magic could sense when someone was bad for us. I can't place what it is about Isabella Swan but it's almost like goosebumps crawling through my blood." Lukas seemed to think her words over and she payed attention to his thoughts before he came to a conclusion.

"Maybe Carlisle can help later, or you could have better luck in that library of yours." Coleena nodded before the two separated for their gym class.

                   —————————————

By the time lunch had rolled around for Coleena she had already felt entirely over the day. Her emotions felt overwhelming and her skin felt overwhelmed with all the touching that had happened during the day. However as she made it outside to the parking lot her weighed emotions felt almost completely gone and she smiled softly already knowing the reason. Jasper Hale had been the only Cullen at the cars while a little odd she hadn't thought much of it.

"Already putting me in better moods Mr.Hale. How kind of you." She called placing her hand on the cement wall and jumping down, her feet glowing a light blue as they touched the ground.

He sent her a smirk as he leaned against the car hands in his pockets. "I aspire to only bring good things to your life Ms.Caster." She rolled her eyes as she leaned next to him, their arms almost touching. She crossed her legs as she studied the grass next to them.

"How did your day go? Did It get better for you?" She asked genuine concern dripping in her tone, and her emotions. Concern Jasper Hale felt himself lucky to be experiencing.

"Yes it did." He felt her relief flow through her as her body visibly relaxed a little more. "I'm assuming yours did not." While both knew it was a statement she nodded to confirm it.

"I'll tell you about it later tonight. After school." His eyebrows furrowed as he shifted his body to be facing her.

"Are you coming over after school?" He watched as Coleena shifted as well and she nodded softly, she had never looked more beautiful than she looked right now to Jasper. Her emotions eerily calm around him, her walls down. Long black hair with their slight curls framing her face how it should be her blue eyes so soft looking only towards him.

"Me and Lukas discussed it during gym today." Jasper nodded before the sound of footsteps reached his ears, they seemed to reach Coleena's own as well as they both turned back to how they had been standing before.

"Look who it is! My favorite sister!" Emmett called as him Lukas and Rosalie approached the two at the car. Coleena laughed as Emmett hurried his footsteps over before throwing the girl over his shoulder and jumping up and down with her. However as Jasper grabbed her and placed her back onto the ground she got a look at everyone's calm happy moods.

How sad it was that it was going to change in a few hours. "Where's Alice?" Luke asked as everyone shared looks.

"Jasper and I arrived here first, figured she was coming with you guys." Coleena said as Jasper stood next to her showing his own movement. "Which is odd considering she's almost always with you Lukas." However before he could answer the soft clapping steps of Alice Cullen fell into ear shot and everyone settled.

"Sorry I got held up talking with a teacher." She paused as she put her hands on her hips. "Well are we ready?" She asked and Rosalie rolled her eyes.

"Edward still isn't here." She spoke as Alice nodded a knowing smile on her face that Coleena wished to wipe off her face.

"He's right behind us." She stated and Rosalie rolled her eyes once more before she started towards the cafeteria with Emmett right beside her. Alice and Lukas following right behind and as Coleena sent Jasper a pleading look he just shrugged his shoulders and began following his siblings.

"I still don't understand why us being late and going together matters today." She complained as Alice cheerily replied.

"It's an important day."

"For a reason you do not know." Rose stated as Lukas huffed a laugh which caused Alice to shoot him the disapproving look she sends everyone.

"They are both right babe." He defended before she sighed and shook her head.

"None of you have vision." She stated and Emmett laughed lightly before he opened the cafeteria door for Rose. The irony of it being that only she had visions.

                        ———————————

"Who are they?" Bella asked as Jess looked over before getting a giddy smile on her face.

"The Cullens." Angela supplied before Jess cut in.

"They're um, Dr. and Mrs.Cullen's foster kids. They moved down here from Alaska like a few years ago."

"They kind of keep to themselves." Angela supplied a nodding to affirm the knowledge.

"Yeah cause they're all together, like together together." She stated with a gossipy tone to her voice. "The blonde girl, that's Rosalie. The big dark haired guy Emmett they're like a thing. I'm not even sure that's legal."

"Jess they're not actually related." Angela defended and Jess scoffed a little.

"Yeah but they live together, it's weird." Bella watched Angela roll her eyes the smile still on her face, there could be no argument to the statement. They did live together and to normal people it was weird. "Okay the little dark haired girl, that's Alice, she's really weird. She's with Lukas, the blonde one who looks like he'll kill you if you make him mad." Bella rolled her eyes but while observing Lukas he did seem a little....off. She watched as Alice smiled before rubbing Lukas' arm, they continued towards the table before Jess started off once again.

"The other dark haired girl, that's Coleena and the blonde guy whose only looking at her is Jasper. They're like together but not together." Jessica explained and Bella watched as Jasper lifted his arm spinning the raven haired girl. Her laugh was light and full of joy as her dress flowed perfectly with the circle. It looked Jasper Hale had been doing that his whole life. She was graceful and dainty like the raven haired girl before her.

The blonde was entirely different to her, his tall build towering over her. The top of her head reached his shoulders but he seemed to hold all his respect towards her. He looked at her like it was only her in this whole cafeteria. He wrapped one arm around her shoulders causing them to do a weird waddle thing as she smiled sweetly at him and his eyes seemed to soften. All for her. Bella wondered briefly if they really weren't together.

"Dr.Cullen's like this foster dad slash match maker." Jess said and Angela brought her hands up a flirty look taking over her face.

"Maybe he'll adopt me." She said her voice slightly lower than before. Jessica laughed, however before she could get any further her brows furrowed as she looked back at Coleena whose piercing blue eyes looked completely different than the others, and add onto the fact that she was literally just at Bella's house for dinner the night prior. With her two mothers who definitely did not mention having more children. "How does Leena fit in with them?" She asked and Angela smiled while Jessica scoffed lightly.

"Well she got her like a week or two before you, it was weird though because all of the Cullen's took a liking to her. They'd never taken another glance at anyone until she arrived and like last week something happened with her and Jasper, now they're inseparable." Angela explained a dreamy sigh to her tone.

"Yeah, Coleena used to hate his guts." Jessica explained and Bella glanced back to see Jasper's hand on Leena's thigh as they were looking at each other. Almost as if having a conversation no one else was hearing and without their mouths moving. However before she could comment on it the cafeteria door opened once more.

"Whose he?" Bella asked and Jess had got a smitten look on her face.

"That's Edward Cullen. He's totally gorgeous obviously, but apparently no one here is good enough for him. Like I care ya know." Angela scoffed before Jess continued. "Jasper had been the same way until Coleena showed up, from Massachusetts and swept good ole Jasper off his feet with her hate for him." Bella watched as Jasper rubbed her shoulder comfortingly and she looked at him almost with a guilty look on her face.

She wondered two things in that moment.

The first being if Coleena and the Cullen's could hear their conversation, and the second thing being if she had been telling the truth about being from Canada.
