DUAL FIGHTING

Jeremy rides on a speeding motorbike, crushing anything on his path. Sitting behind him, holding a gun in both hands, Stephan shoots on the Assembly members who keep charging on them from all sides. The five hundred agents of Libra Justice engulf the Assembly courtyard like a massive oil spill. Their athletic young bodies, dressed in the metallic black uniform and black helmet rush towards their opponents with the violence and the animal grace of great predators. The Assembly of Almighty is no less impressive and combative. Under their tunic, they take out their weapons to counterattack. Despite their cute little granny faces, the Elders defend themselves with remarkable agility, letting off guard more than one agent. In the midst of chaos that men have created from scratch, they understand that innocence has neither a particular face nor a particular age. Those wearing black or white can equally act like wolves for mankind.

When Jeremy and Stephan arrive on their motorbike in the room where Sarah is being held, the twin brother jumps off the moving vehicle. His teammate stops the engine and gets off as well. Stephan takes off his helmet and throws it at his feet before rushing to go and free his sister.

'She's very dehydrated,' Jeremy says gravely as he scans Sarah's body.

'Don't look at her like that!' Stephan cuts sharply as he climbs up the cross to remove the nails from his sister's hands and feet as gently as possible. He struggles to hold back the tears that come to him as his hands soak up her blood.

Jeremy turns around to give them his back. He looks at his feet, then says, 'I have to go. The professor's fleeing through the air.'

'Be careful Jeremy! We've come across even crazier than us!' Stephan says without turning to his teammate. He lets Sarah's bruised body fall heavily on him.

The agent runs towards a corridor that leads to the stairs closest to the roof access.

Nina, Borys, and Kofi anxiously watch from a distance the gigantic open gate of the Assembly of Almighty, standing beside one of the big trucks that have brought the five hundred agents. For their own protection and his agents', Mr. Vaughen has asked the three politicians to stay away from the fight. More than their safety, he doesn't want to end up having to deal with the death of important political figures in the media.

'I can't stay here doing nothing. All this waiting is killing me,' Nina says before rushing towards the gate.

'Nina!' Borys shouts as he tries to hold her back.

Kofi immediately runs after the senator, followed by his bodyguards. As Borys is about to follow them, Mr. Vaughen grabs the MP. by the arm, shaking his head in disapproval.

'Don't be stupid, Mr Leszczyński! You'll be putting your life and my agents' lives in danger if you go in there too,' he says dryly to Borys.

Nina arrives in the middle of the battlefield, wondering how she is going to find the two young men in this tide of uniforms and black helmets. Suddenly, she sees a dark motorbike coming straight at her with two people on board. She recognises her son's beautiful face; too young and too handsome for taking other people's lives. Stephan holds tight against him what looks like an inert body wrapped in a dark blanket. The person's head dangles forward under the weight of the black helmet it is wearing.

'Stephan!' Nina yells without moving.

'Mum!' Stephan shouts as he stops dead in front of her surrounded by the President and his bodyguards. He adds nervously, 'What are you guys doing here, this isn't a world conference.'

'Where is Gaëlle?' Kofi asks, anxiously.

'Jeremy's gone up to the rooftop to stop them. They're trying to escape by helicopter.'

Stephan has barely finished his sentence when he is thrown headlong off his vehicle, a thin trickle of blood following him in his path. He collapses to the ground unconscious, dragging Sarah's body with him in his fall. Nina screams in terror as she throws herself at her children; the bodyguards start shooting all around them. Nina's piercing cries rip through the air like the howl of a wolf.

'You three stay with Senator Xi Huang and get her and her children out of here safely,' Kofi orders, addressing three of these four bodyguards. Then, he turns to the fourth to say, 'You, come with me.'
