Ashes to ashes and dust to dust

The gold will tarnish, and the iron shall rust.

The sun will burn out, light rent from his head,

And the cold moon shall fade and the rainbow shall end.

The night will perish in snow and in fire,

And the woodlands burn with the flaming of ire.

Stars to embers and flesh to bone,

So shall the world crumble, empire to stone.
