it's probably the only normal city in the entire planet, well, sort of anyways. the only abnormal thing about this city is it's rain. instead of it actually raining water, it rains glass shards. so . . .yeah, it's not normal, it's actually a pretty dangerous place but for some reason, people still live there without any other choice.
