Aster and Rose were sitting using the shade of a giant palm tree leaf. The sun's rays still managed to sneak through the leafs of the palm branch. "So Bluebell got the job? Well I could see why. I mean she's so good at eve-" Rose stopped speaking, noticing that it probably wouldn't be good to remind her. Rose sighed and patted Aster. "Come on, let's go. Maybe you'll feel better if we walked." She nudged her and Aster got up along Rose
      "Look, I agree with you. I'm just in shock." Rose said. As they walked, a beam of sunlight landed on Rose's red-pink wings.
      "You know you should go get some sun-time, it'll
make you feel better...!" She encouraged. Rose nudged her to follow her up to the one of the best places for suntime. Aster sighed and followed her.
         They landed on the warm platform. Other RainWings were sprawled out across it. Most of them were sleeping while the other half were on the verge of doing so.
         The second the hot sunlight hit her scales, her  body relaxed. She melted to the ground of the platform and began to get comfortable.
         Rose laughed at how easily she gave in, but another Rainwing shushed her and she stopped immediately. Aster stretched her talons out, along with her wings.
Rose chose a spot near her and laid upside down with her stomach exposed, after a few seconds, you could hear her quiet snores. The last thing Aster saw was the shining sun and her best friend right before she fell asleep..
