AUTHOR  :  the name you want to be put on the cover (can be a pen name, nickname or username)

TITLE(S)  :  carefully list out all the titles if you have more than three (ex. [01]ASTERISM, [02]WONDERLAND, [03]CUDDLE CO.)  and make sure to stylize it the way you want the title to look like (ex. if you want to have the title He and Him with an ampersand, put in He & Him)

SUBTITLE(S)  :  optional, if you have subs for different books, list them out similarly to the titles

STYLE  :  manipulated, blended, pastel, simple, typography (samples i made for each style will be showcased below)

GENRE  :  self explanatory

MOOD  :  optional, what mood do you want the cover to portray? the genre can be horror but you want the mood of the cover to portray greif and loss of a loved one etc.

PORTRAYER(S)  :  can be a person (max. of 5 in one graphic), things or specific GRAPHIC

INSPIRATION  :  optional, links to book covers, images, etc. that you would like me to use as inspiration for the cover

LINK(S)  :  links to the books you are requesting for. NO LINK, NO GRAPHIC

OTHERS  :  other specifications you'd like for the graphic that may have not been mentioned beforehand.
