A man was pacing the living room of a luxurious mansion, waiting for someone. His eyes fixed at staircase. He sat on one of the couch thinking something.

Flashback starts

In a school a student was sitting on bench fidting with his fingers, nervousness was clearly visible in his face. A girl came running to him calling out his name but he was lost in his own world to hear her. She called him several times but of no use. Frustrated she shouted his name Loudly "Shivaaaaay".
This brought him out of his dreams
S: (startled) Yes Gauri why are shouting? What happened???

G: (sarcastically) nothing I just called ur name 50 times nothing much.

S: sorry sis now say what happened?

G: OK I had prepared everything u just need to confess ur feelings to her.

S: (nervoused) everything with be OK na, what she will say? How will she react? And most importantly I'll able to say properly?

G: (cutting him off) shhhh relax calm down. Everything will be fine. Dont panic keep ur calm and say it. And I know my bro can do it come on I need my bhabhi soon. Let's go now

S: Thank u sisso. I don't how could I have managed all this without u. Thank u so much.

G: OK enough now u can say thanks later also but now u need to tell her first. She said hugging him.

Gauri then went to Annika who was with Sahil and took Sahil away making some excuse. Shivaay slowly walked towards her
S: Ani I want to say something.

A: yes Shivaay say

S: umm wo wo ummm

A: what um umm. will u say something else or just this umm wo?

S: (he went near her ears nd slowly yet sensuously in his ohh so deep husky voice) umm Ani I LOVE U.
He was finally relaxed realising that he was able to confess his love.

Shocked would be an understatement for Annika she never had expected anything like this though Shivaay was his close friend. She was too numb to react. She was standing still with a bundle of emotions on her face. Understanding her condition Shivaay took her palms in his gently stroking in way assuring her. Tears were brimming in her eyes.

S:  relax please, take ur own time. I'm not forcing u to accept decision will be completely urs. nd I'll be with u in ur every decision.( passing her a smile he went to Gauri nd told accompy Annika. Gauri went to her nd asked her through her eyes whether she's OK or not. Annika broke down seeing her best friend beside her. Gauri tried to console her though she knew how hard it was fr her after her past incidence. Annika composed herself looking Sahil who was noticing the changing expressions of his sister.

A: Gauri please make ur Bhai understand please. I need to go or Sahil will ask nd I can't answer him.

G: but what about his answer Ani.

A: I'll think about it. But to be honest I can't do this sorry

G: hmm.. (sadly) OK u go I'll make him understand.
Two days later she came to Shivaay nd told him about her bitter past nd also that due to her past its difficult to accept him. Shivaay was sad hearing her past but also his respect for Ani increased knowing her sufferings. Somewhere deep in his heart he was afraid of her refusal nd he had prepared himself to face that too. Then also keeping his feelings at bay he again assured her that he will not force her. Whatever her decision be they will always be friends this will never affect their friendship.

Seeing such love nd care whose heart will not melt, she also melted and said YES to him. Shivaay was on cloud nine his happiness seemed no bounds.

Flashback ends

That was the most beautiful day of his life. A smile automatically crept in his face remembering that day.

But his chain was thoughts was broken by a sudden tap on his shoulder slowly those arms snaked around back hugging him. He recognized the touch nd pulled her in front. There she was standing in front of him wearing her bridal attire looking heavenly gorgeous in that golden red lehnga, heavy jewelry, hairs tied in a bun. He took a step back to have a view of her head to Toe. Beautiful was the only word came out of his throat. She blushed at his compliment. He kissed her cheeks making her blush to the darkest shade of scarlet.

He let his hand out for her and she pleasingly gave hers as they headed towards the wedding venue.

Yes they are getting married giving their 10 years of love a name an official name. Marking one another as theirs officially with all rituals.
