Jimin POV

I closed my eyes shut while kissing her, trying my best to picture it being Seulgi noona so I wouldn't feel guilty. She's angry at me right now but that doesn't mean we're ending an 6 month long relationship.

Her lips were soft, moving in perfect sync with mine. After around 10 seconds, it's longer than it sounds, we pulled away, almost breathless. The audience erupted into applause, our parents tearing up at the sight while I could see my hyungs cover Jungkook's eyes, I don't know why they're acting like the boy doesn't watch-

Nevermind.

"I don't think I'll be able to face Seulgi unnie after this..."

I could see Yeseul face palm, I could only let out a sigh. After the ceremony everyone was pretty much just getting drinks and stuff. My parents came up to me with papers and a pen.

"The event is almost over and we almost forgot the actual marriage papers. Just sign them kids, we'll register them tonight on the way home." Mr Park said. We did as told and my parents pulled Yeseul in for a tight hug.

"Welcome to the family."

"Park Yeseul."

They walked away, starting a conversation with Yeseul's family, my in-laws. I could see Yeseul gag, looking like she was about to vomit.

"Are you ok-"

"Park... Yeseul... that sounds disgusting." She said, making me realise she was just being dramatic. I chuckled as my members walked up to us.

"All I wanna know is, how the fuck did our Yeseul agree to marry you as a favour?" Namjoon hyung asked, throwing his hand around my shoulder.

"Don't worry kids. I wouldn't marry this asshole without a solid reason." She replied, surprising the members with her brave words. There it is again. Asshole, dickhead. No matter how nice I am it's like she's used to thinking that I am, only now she's grown the guts to say it.

"Actually, he's been a pretty decent human being today," she said again, I nodded in approval.

"Don't get used to it. I'm only trying to pay up for what I did yesterday..." I told her. Taehyung chuckled, sliding his arm around her waist.

"It's ok Seul, the rest of us are still angels." He said, lightly patting the top of her head without messing up her hair. Ah, I miss Seulgi.

"Taehyung-ah, your arm feels comfortable around my waist but if you don't take it off my dad will probably make sure you don't have one soon." She told Taehyung, noticing her father evil eyeing him.

He bowed in Mr Lee's direction, removing his arm while letting out an awkward laugh.

"But wow Yeseul-ah. You look beautiful." Jin hyung said, while the others agreed. I got ready as well guys...

"Hyung you look cool too." Jungkook told me, chuckling at my natural pout. We sat at a round table to chill and pass time. The lights changed to a purple, and music started playing. My mum ran to the mic stand and asked us for a couple dance. Fuck, I forgot to tell Yeseul about that...

"Eomma not now!" I mouthed. The audience started clapping and cheering for us to go on, I swear to god I think they're just actors our parents hired to agree with everything they say.

I got up and walked towards Yeseul who was sitting opposite me on the table. Holding out my hand while trying to smile for the guests.

"May I?" I asked, she tried to hold in her laugh at my pathetic state. I was actually listening to everything I was being asked to do, she knows that's unlike me.

Yeseul POV

Park Jimin doing everything he's told to? Wah, a dream come true. I accepted his gesture, lightly putting my hand into his, he quickly pulled me in for a hug surprising me.

"Don't mess up, that's too cliche." Jimin whispered in my ear, moving back after finishing his words.

"Please, I work for the main dancer in K-pop, I've learned a few things along the way." I whispered back before getting into position. We slowly moved, his hand on my waist while I rested mine on his shoulder.

"This is so shit," I said without thinking, he scoffed. "Go on then, spice it up, show me your moves." He told me.

"You're the one who's part of the biggest boyband in the world, why don't you do something cool?" I raised my eyebrows, he chuckled.

"As you wish," he said.

"Was that cool enough for you?" He asked, I shook my head. "Cool? Let me show you how this is done," I stepped away from him.

"Are you... possibly, challenging me to a dance battle... here?" He tilted his head, while the audience ooed their asses off. Reaction kings and queens I tell you.

"Maybe. Although I can't guarantee I'll show the best of my ability, my attire is a little, fancy," I told him. "Making excuses already I see," he scoffed. "Fine, let me not leave room for any excuses." I said, unzipping the back of my dress.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" Jimin covered his eyes making me laugh.

"I'm wearing something underneath, relax," I said, stepping out the wedding dress. It'd be extremely uncomfortable to wear a dress as fancy as this without wearing a thin material underneath, so the people who did my hair and makeup brought it with them. I handed the dress to my mum, informing her what we were about to do since she couldn't hear us from where she sat.

"Music please!" I told the DJ.

"You're gonna freestyle?" Jimin raised his eyebrows.

"Do I look like I prepared a dance for today?" I facepalmed at his stupid question, feeling the vibes of the song that was playing. I danced like how I watched him, like how his body moved. Being his assistant meant I had to go with him everywhere, which also meant I'd go with him whenever he felt like dancing. And he felt like doing that a lot. When he didn't speak he was actually quite charming. But unfortunately, he has a huge fucking mouth and only uses it to piss me off.

I swiftly moved my leg, twirling as elegantly as I watched him to for all those years. The music moved me, he was right about one thing. Dancing has the ability to set you free.

"This style while competing with me? I should clap at your bravery," he chuckled, clapping after I finished.

"Ah I'm supposed to be nice today, you were, not bad." He forced out a smile. I haven't danced in a while, did I look that bad? Fuck me for even trying to go against him. God knows what he's gonna do.

He took off his blazer, untucking his shirt while unbuttoning the first couple buttons. He rolled up his sleeves and took off his shoes.

"Are you like going home?" I asked, kinda nervous at his aura change. Instead of replying to me he picked up a white cloth and asked the DJ to start playing music.

Wah- shush. I closed my own mouth realising I was in awe. He recreated the dance he did at last years MMA, I only watched it from backstage but live, right in front of me, is a completely different experience. His body line while dancing was beautiful. It's always the dickheads with talent I swear-

"I wouldn't wanna embarrass you. Let's call it a tie," he breathed heavily, smirking walking up to me.

"Ah I'm not used to you being so kind... at a time like this you should be laughing in my face throwing all sorts of insults my way." I said.

"I told you. I'm trying to pay up for yesterday, there's too many articles about the incident for me to ask them to take it down. All I can do is this." He looked down. Awkwardly coughing before fixing his appearance again. I went and wore my dress again too.

"My real wedding better be more exciting than this." I thought. Laughing at the fact that I really ruined 2 hours of hairstyling on a dance battle, with my hus- husba- I can't even say it. WITH JIMIN OK.

•••••

"Thank you for coming!" We stood at the exit, saying our goodbyes to the guests while handing them treat bags. It's tradition.

"We get one too right noona?" Jungkook asked, holding out his hand. Jimin passed them all one, plopping down into a asian squat realising the members were last in queue.

"Ah I'm so tired," he sighed.

"Bye guys." I hugged all the members goodbye seeing that it was time for them to leave. I copied Jimin's position trying to start a conversation while waiting for our parents. They were having their own bonding time which looked like it would never end.

"I'm scared," I breathed out.

"Of?"

"This marriage. I hate it. We're deceiving our parents, we're creating temporary happiness for them. I hate myself even more for thinking we'll just divorce after my mum passes away-"

Fuck I said too much.

"You what?" He stared into my soul.

"It's her last wish Jimin. She wanted to see me walk down the aisle, wearing this very dress. Marrying the love of my life," I sighed.

"When is she..."

"Gonna die?" I sadly completed his question seeing him struggle to word it.

"She has a couple weeks left, so we can still divorce at the end of the month like you said. Heck, maybe even before that." I forced myself to say such... depressing words.

"Stop saying such bullshit, she's your mum. And that means she's one strong woman." He looked everywhere but at me while talking. This was his way of being sweet and it was pretty cute to see.

"Kids!" Jimin's mum waved, heading towards us with her husband. Uh, where are my parents...?

"Your mum left earlier because of her condition honey, your dad went with her," Mr Park informed me. They drove us to Jimin's villa, saying their goodbyes.

"Aren't you going to stay here with us?" I asked, the old couple glanced at each other before laughing. They drove off without saying anything.

"They left because they think we're gonna have sex tonight didn't they," I sighed, massaging my temples.

"I mean, normally people do have a long night after marriage-"

"Ew Jimin," I smacked his shoulder, walking inside.

"What~ there's a whole ceremony called the wedding night for newlyweds to... explore? Each other," he chuckled as he showed me to my room.

"Wake up before 9am, when my parents come they should see us sleeping on the same bed," he told me.

"So as soon as I wake up I should go to your room?" I raised my eyebrows.

"Exactly," he replied, throwing one of his hoodies from his suitcase that had arrived this morning.

I changed into it, wearing it on top of the body suit I had under all of the shit I wore. I washed my face, superman jumping onto the bed. My stomach started rumbling, the food at the wedding wasn't, amazing.

"Someone's hungry," I heard behind me.

"Do you not know how to knock?" I asked a Jimin who was leaning against the door frame. "It's my house. Anyways, drinks?" He winked, walking inside with a bag in his hand.

"Since when were close enough to have alcohol together?" I raised my eyebrow, confused at his gesture. He ignored my words and sat on the sofa in the corner of the room. Feeling bored I joined him, pouring a glass. His phone rang, looking at the caller ID his eyes lit up making me smile.

"Seulgi unnie?" I tilted my head, as he nodded really fast.

"Hi noona!" He brightly spoke, just like he did with everyone else. I thought of all the times he had treated me like shit, talking to me as if I was less than a human.

Ah Park Jimin.

Why are you so sweet to everyone but me?
