Yeseul POV
Flirting has always been in his blood, through the years I've seen him tease girls just for fun. Lucky for me, all I received was his coldness, until now. Was this supposed to be like a punishment for me talking informally? Because god it's making my toes curl out of pure cringe.
"Such a sexy girl worked for you for 5 years and you didn't try anything. You probably could destroy me but you won't. You don't have the dick to," I whispered.
"Are you trying to say you wanted me to make a move on you?" He raised an eyebrow.
"No, I'm just saying that you didn't do anything through the years you wouldn't possibly try now," I laughed.
"You're right. I wouldn't. Flirting is fun and all but truth is, I wouldn't drop my standards and make a move on, you. Especially while I'm dating someone you could never compare to," he attempted to hurt my feelings but it failed miserably.
"Baby boy you don't have to, I have so many people running after me for my number already, you being added onto that list would just be a nuisance," I replied. This insulting shit is no longer a one way train and I'm loving it.
"Baby boy huh?" He tilted his head, clearly enjoying this. I pushed his hand away and moved back.
"What you're not about to do is create sexual tension," I glared.
"Aw why, am I making you nervous?" He joked.
"As if. Anyways, now that you're looking a tiny bit more like a man, we need to head to the agency because of the chaos you caused." I said, pulling him out the house as we sat in my car. My phone started ringing while I was driving, I picked it up and put it to my ear.
I could hear the screams of the staff going crazy at the building over the phone. Surprised at the loud sounds I put it slightly further from my ear. Suddenly it was snatched out of my hand as Jimin cut the call.
"It's dangerous to use your phone while driving," he told me.
"Act like idiot when someone as important as me isn't in the car." He completed, chuckling at the end of his sentence.
"You didn't actually think I gave a shit about your safety right?" He asked, obviously noticing the foolish smile I had on a second ago.
"Fuck friendship with a guy like you. I'm tired of wasting my breath, I don't mind going back to the time we only talked when it was necessary." I said, gritting my teeth.
"You mean like literally the other day?"
He didn't give a shit about anything I said, selfish as always. We're getting married soon, maybe it's temporary, but it's a big deal. Is it hard to see that I actually want to become friends?
I drove faster in anger, gripping the steering wheel. Jimin played on his phone unconcerned at my speed as we finally reached the agency.
Jimin POV
So she uses her phone while driving and drives faster when she's angry... that could end up being dangero-
Oh what do I care. I cut off my own thoughts as she parked the car, walking inside the building as I followed behind her shortly after.
"LEE YESEUL."
"Ah fucking hell why's everyone screaming my name today..." she muttered under her breath, loud enough to let me hear it.
"YES." She spoke loudly, heading into the meeting room. Surprisingly only one of our male staffs were present, everyone else was probably working on calling news outlets to shut them up.
"Jimin-sshi step outside for now," he told me.
"Yeah yeah, whatever."
Yeseul POV
"How could you let this happen? How could you let him act like such an idiot?!" The staff member yelled at me. His name was Sihyun, a dickhead I had to tolerate because he was the younger brother of Bang PD. It's not like I could get fired by standing up to him, since like I said before, no one else wants the job. But the last time I said something back, he made them cut down my salary.
WHICH I VERY CLEARLY DESERVE WHILE WORKING FOR SOMEONE LIKE JIMIN.
Not to forget that there's rumours of him harassing women and never getting in trouble for it because Bang PD-nim doesn't believe his precious younger brother would do something so dirty.
"We looked at the CCTV of our building before he left and saw that you angered him into following you. This is unacceptable, he is the man you WORK for, not your friend. Respect him like you always have, just because your contract is nearing its end doesn't mean you cause problems," he ranted.
My small hands balled up into fists trying to contain myself from doing something I would regret.
"What Yeseul? Is your cute ass getting angry?" He walked closer, using the back of his hand to hit my face.
"Don't make me lie to Sihyuk hyung and make your work life harder. I like seeing your pretty ass walk through the door every day, it just makes me wanna..." he clapped his hands together, showing what he wanted to do with actions.
"You know who I was most intimidated of when I first started working here?" I faked a smile, he chuckled and caressed my lips, making vomit run up my throat, ruining my taste.
"Jimin?" He questioned.
"Bingo. The man I WORK for, the man I was most SCARED of, is now the same man I stand up to. So who the fuck am I to get scared of this donkey standing in front of me.." I looked him up and down, cracking my knuckles.
"Don't act up just because there's cameras in this room, I'll strip you down right now and pay someone to erase the footage. You'll lose your dignity and I'll go on with life without anyone finding out. Sounds fun doesn't it-"
Losing my shit I swung for his face as someone grabbed my wrist twirling me around to stand behind them.
"Let's end this here shall we?"
A cold deep voice intimidated Sihyun, plus the height difference would've made just about anyone shit themselves. I took a deep breath containing the disgust and anger I was feeling towards that stupid stupid man right know.
"What the fuck do you want?" Sihyun snapped.
"For you to maybe act like a decent human being?" Mingyu suggested.
"DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?!"
"A fucking bastard who's sexual life is practically non-existent so he forces women to 'help' him out?" I spoke loudly from behind Mingyu since he literally wouldn't let me move.
"Just wait till I tell hyung about this," he stomped away. Mingyu finally turned around to me and looked at me full of worry.
"Are you ok?" He asked, I smiled and nodded, finally calming slightly down.
"Ah, you should've just let me punch him once... I would've decorated his face so nicely with a black eye." I regretted, picturing it. Mingyu hung his arm around my shoulder laughing as we headed towards the door.
"How come you're here though?" I asked.
"Ah, our 97 line were hanging out today, but suddenly Jungkook said he needed to go to the agency. The rest of them went home but I had nothing to do so I came with him." He explained as we walked out of the room, I looked around confused.
"Hm? Where's Jimin gone?" I asked myself aloud. "Probably to your CEO with the video he took," Mingyu answered.
"What video?" I questioned.
"The video of you, practically being harassed. He took it secretly outside since he knew the CCTV would only end up getting deleted before your CEO saw it," Mingyu said.
"That's why Jimin hyung told me to stop you from being violent, he was still recording and, it would've just complicated things," he finished.
"Jimin... asked you to, help me?" I tilted my head, as he nodded.
"Yep, I was just walking by. I didn't even know you were in there or what was happening inside." He replied making me smile ever so slightly.
"God knows what that weirdo could've done, aren't you glad hyung was there?" Mingyu mentioned. "Yeah well, uh..."
"I guess, that was, pretty nice of him."
