Friendship? | 3

Jimin POV

The shoot was cancelled because of Namjoon hyungs destructive ass. So, you'd think, wow good news I can stay home now, well not really, less good more fuck me for being a liar type of news.

"Jimin-ah what are you doing?" My mum said, opening my bedroom door.

"Nothing, there's no shoot today so I'm just going to relax at home-"

"THAT MEANS YOU CAN TAKE YESEUL OUT FOR A DATE." She cut me off. And that is why the shoot being cancelled wasn't exactly in favour towards me.

"Please I'm tired and I'm sure she is too," I said, letting myself fall flat onto the bed, I felt someone pinch my clothed nipple as I yelped in pain.

"You can't do that to me anymore! I'm not a kid," I complained, caressing the left side of my chest in pain. "Then stop acting like one. The wedding is literally the day after tomorrow Jimin, be a gentleman and take her out for her last couple dates before marriage." She told me, getting up to leave the room again.

"Yes ma'am," I rolled my eyes.

"I'm going to fix your attitude before we go back to the states, you've become such an asshole." She turned around at the door and shook her head while sighing.

"Oh come on! How can you say that?" I pouted, feeling wronged.

"Because I birthed you," she stuck out her tongue like a child and left. It's like she's a baby, a 48 year old baby. I got up and changed into a suit because, well, I don't exactly have my comfortable clothes in the villa.

I accidentally bought the suitcase of the clothes that the stylists give us, instead of my simple clothes. So am I currently fucked? Yes.

As an idol I need to say in the low everywhere I go, and wearing a suit will make me stand out 10x more than I already do. Being part of the biggest boy group in the world wasn't easy. Cameras followed everywhere, and privacy was a luxury we couldn't have anymore.

*cough cough dispatch's a bitch*

I grabbed my car keys and left to pick up Yeseul. I realised that even if we were caught on camera by some paparazzi, she's still known as my assistant, so it wouldn't be anything scandal worthy.

Yeseul became famous between ARMY's when we were first seen together, apparently they thought she was my girlfriend, hah, as if I would date her. People call her Bighit's doll because of her 'unreal' features and body shape, she's almost my height which is fucking embarrassing for me, but other than that I genuinely don't see a reason for the hype around her.

I reached her house and started honking to get her attention, feeling too lazy to ring the bell.

Her house:

"Get in loser we're going shopping." I rested myself on the car front, I was planning on passing time by shopping. Yeseul crossed her arms, slowly walking down the steps of the house entrance.

"For someone who practically begged me to marry him you sure are one to call me a loser." She rolled her eyes. I really can't get used to her talking back, where's the timid girl who could barely look me in the eye?

"Begged my foot, you just knew that marrying Park Jimin wasn't an opportunity that you'll get again. Wait until the end of the month, I'll be waiting to see you beg me not to divorce you." I ran my hands through my hair, she scoffed at my words.

"Eh, more like I'll beg you to divorce me. A whole month married to the man I despise? I'll fall to my knees any day to get out of that type of situation." She replied.

"Maybe you'll fall to your knees for a different reason," I let out a low chuckle, kind of liking the way our conversations were going to go from now on, maybe I should've let her act like this before. She rolled her eyes at my dirty humour, and started to poke my arm.

She probably can't believe my muscles-

"Can you move? You're standing in the way of the car door." She cut my thoughts off, making me cough and move myself to the side, going to sit in the drivers seat to start the engine again.

"Aren't you gonna ask where we're going?" I questioned, knowing she was a really curious person. "Judging by the romantic mind of your mother, she forced you to take me on a date didn't she?" Yeseul raised her eyebrows.

"Hey, why do you automatically think that I'm forced to do anything nice?" I asked, even though I was being forced, I was kind of offended with all the asshole stuff I was being named by her, and even by my own mum.

"Because there's no way a guy like you would willingly do something like this. I mean if I'm wrong and you're actually being nice, I'll buy you a drink." She laughed, obviously knowing the truth. "Oh whatever." I muttered.

I drove to the official entertainment building because us idols can't exactly go shopping in normal places. In the new building we have a whole clothing section, obviously the clothes aren't free, it's just a easier place for trainees and artists to shop.

Yeseul started picking out clothes for me and measuring them against my body making me smile ever so slightly, grabbing her wrist. She flinched as if I had held her tightly making me let go and finally notice bruises.

"I was just gonna say, uh, I didn't bring you as my assistant, shop for yourself." I scratched the back of my head, eyes still glued to those damn bruises. Did I really grab them that hard yesterday? Fuck, I am an asshole. How could I hurt her?

She plopped down on a chair playing on her phone, not wanting to buy anything. I finished my shopping and went over to her to see who she was texting. I was pretty curious because, well, she was smiling, she never smiles around me.

*Mingyu is typing...*

You'd think since SEVENTEEN's busy promoting right now he wouldn't have time to text his ex. I scoffed and went to pay at the counter for the very little things I bought, we only came here to waste time, I didn't actually need to buy anything.

I walked up to her and she looked up at me from her seat, seemingly wanting to say something. I sighed and told her to spit it out.

"I just feel like a shitty person for taking something as big as marriage into something that's gonna disappear at the end of the month." She sighed.

"Well we both have good enough reasons for it, I mean, I don't know what yours is but a smart girl like you probably has a reasonable excuse for it." I said, making her stare at me and smile, what? Did I say something nice?

"Thank you?" She tilted her head, wiping that smile away faster than my mood changes.

"Since this, marriage thing is gonna be around for a month. We might as well try out, you know, a friendship." She suggested. "Yeah, sure," I ended the small talk, my mind was still somewhere else. I headed towards the coffee stall with a small idea. We bought iced drinks as Yeseul turned around first, heading towards the seating areas.

"Aren't you coming?" She asked from afar, I ignored her and looked at the coffee shop owner, gulping with hesitation. "Uh," I whispered to her, as she leaned in to hear what I was saying. "Can you..."

Yeseul POV

Jimin walked up to me after taking something from the worker at the coffee stall secretly. Is it drugs? I wouldn't be surprised if he was on it, you have to take something to be that much of an a- we're friends now, I have to stop calling him that.

"Give me your hands," he ordered.

"Is this your way of starting friendship? Because drugs aren't my thing, unless it's calming pills but that's not the point. No thanks." I backed off. "Listen you egghead, I'm not on crack." He rolled his eyes, forcefully grabbing my hand, and revealing ice wrapped in a towel. He gently placed it on my bruised wrists while avoiding eye contact.

"Jimin!" A voice screamed from the side.

We both turned our heads to see Seulgi walking towards us with bags in her hand. Her eyes fell down to Jimin's, who was currently holding my hand with what I like to call, a 'limited edition icepack.'

Jimin quickly yanked my hand away paying full attention to Seulgi. I bent down to grab the towel that he had dropped making all the ice fall out while sighing.

"Hey baby, I missed you-"

"Didn't your shoot get cancelled? Why does your assistant need to be with you if you aren't working?" She cut him off, I wanted to laugh at the relationship drama I couldn't relate to but held it in.

"We just crossed paths Seul, you really think I would wanna spend my free time with a girl like, her? I can't even handle having her as my assistant because of how much a pain in the ass she is."

Damn.

Friends my foot.
