One week later,

Third POV:

Kirino and Ichino were in the doctor's office reading some books or taking a nap. Someone then knocked on the door. Kirino put down the book and Ichino woke up.

"Come in," Kirino said.

The door opened and Tenma, Aoi, Shinsuke, Aoyama, Athena, Shindou, Cole, Leo, Lea, and Rina came in. They greeted each other and the eight other assassins went to Kirino and Ichino.

"I heard about what happened during the mission. How are you guys feeling?" Rina asked.

"We're alright, our injuries are healing and we'll be out in three weeks," Kirino said with a smile.

"Thats great," Tenma said with a smile.

"So, are you guys bored cause we can play a game and keep you guys company," Cole said.

"Sure thing," Ichino said with a smile, "What are we gonna play?"

"Well, Rina and Cole said we are gonna play Truth or Dare," Shindou said.

"Sounds fun," Lea and Shinsuke said in unison.

Everyone grabbed a chair and a table to spin the bottle that Cole brought. After a couple of spins, they did many things and did funny dares. The bottle was spun and it landed on Tenma.

"Hey Tenma, truth or dare?" Lea asked.

"Well, truth," Tenma said with a smile.

"Well, do you have a crush on someone?" Lea asked while doing a lenny face.

"Well.. Yeah," Tenma said.

And Lea's eyes lit up and said, "Who?"

"I'm not telling, you only asked if I have a crush not who," Tenma replied calmly.

"Fair enough," Lea said but was sad inside that she didn't get to know who.

They spun the bottle and it landed on Athena.

"Hey Athena, truth or dare?" Rina asked.

"Truth," Athena replied, but when she saw some of the others raising a brow with a bit of a smirk on their face, she knew what was coming.

"Never mind dare!" Athena quickly changed her answer.

"Alright, I dare you to wear this," Rina spoke as she lent her a bag.

One peak inside the bag was enough for Athena's eyes widened.

"No way I'm wearing this," Athena said as she tried to give back the bag.

"Pretty please, I promise it'll look good," Rina begged as she gave puppy eyes.

"A-alright, fine," Athena gave in before getting up. She took the bag with her and headed to the bathroom to change.

"Uh, Rina, what did you give Athena?" Kirino asked.

"You will see~" Rina said with a smile.

When Athena came out, she wore a blue and cyan dress.

Rina, Aoi, and Lea's eyes light up with excitement while everyone was surprised, mostly one person.

Cole was blushing as she looked at Athena, while she was blushing in embarrassment.

Tenma noticed Cole and said, "Uh, Cole, are you alright?"

Cole didn't respond and just stared.

"I think you broke him," Shindou said.

"Yeah, I agree with Shindou," Leo said.

"Well well well~" Lea smirked teasingly a bit, which made Athena and Cole blush.

"Lea!" Athena and Cole said which Lea just chuckled.

Athena soon changed back to her original clothing and they continued to play. After a few hours, the visitors left and said their goodbyes to each other.

Meanwhile with Leo and Lea.

Leo's POV:

I was walking with my sister and we went to the garden. Lea looked at the flowers to check on the conditions and I smiled at her.

"They seem to be growing well," Lea said as she looks over to the other plants, "I wonder if the herbs are ready."

"You really love the plants huh," I said with a smile.

She turned to me and said, "Hai!" with a smile.

I saw she noticed something and went to it. I got confused and followed her. I saw she was happy. I looked and saw one of her favorite plants grew. It goes by the name Leonurus. It reminds me of something.

*Flashback*

I came back after I caught some fish and saw Lea taking care of one of her favorite plants, the Leonurus.

"Hey sis," I said.

Lea turned around and smiled at me.

"Hey big bro," Lea said.

"I see your taking care of the plants," I said as I put down the bucket of fish.

"Hai!" Lea said.

"Just a question, why is the Leonurus on of your favorite plants?" I asked as I looked at her.

"Well, because it is used in traditional Chinese medicines. And it sometimes reminds me of you," Lea said with a beautiful smile.

*Flashback ends*

I smiled at the memory and my sister seemed like she remembered something.

"Oh, I almost forgot! We're almost out of fertilizer and some seeds," Lea said.

"Well, we could go buy some outside if you want, I'll come with you," I said with a smile.

"Thanks brother!" Lea said with a smile.

"No problem," I replied with a smile.

Me and my sister asked for permission to go out and we were allowed. Me and my sister got the things we needed and left the base. We sneakily went into the town and then went to the store. Me and my sister split up into different aisles. I went to get the fertilizer while my sister went to get the seeds. After I got the fertilizer, I went to the aisle in where my sister is, but my eyes widened with shock to what I saw. There I saw me and my sister's father, stepmother, and step brother. My sister had fear and shock in her eyes. I ran to her and went in front of her.

"Leo, Lea, is that really you?" our father asked in shock.

"What are you doing here?" I said in an angry tone.

"I was gonna ask you the same thing you losers," my step brother said.

"Shut up you spoiled brat," I said, more likely growled, causing him to back up.

"Don't talk to my son like that," our step mother said.

"What are you gonna do, slap me?" I said in a cold tone, "I would like to see you try."

"Brother, calm down," Lea said.

I took some breathes and calmed down.

"How are you two even alive?" our father asked.

"Well, after you three left us to die in the woods, we learnt to survive on our own," I said.

"Now if you excuse us, we will be taking our leave," I added and grabbed my sister.

We went to cash register and paid for the supplies. When me and my sister left the store, we heard someone going after us.

"Leo, Lea, wait!" they said.

Me and my sister turned around and it was our father.

"What do you want now?" I asked still in anger.

"Please, let me explain," he said.

"There's nothing to be said for what you've done," I said.

"Please son-" he said.

"Don't call me-" I was about to shout back until I felt Lea grab onto my arm, I looked and saw her soft expression.

"Brother, let's just give him a chance please, we should listen to what he has to say first," Lea said, I could tell she wanted to know.

I sighed and said, "Alright."

I saw my father gave a small smile and said, "Thank you. Well I want to apologize for treating you two badly in the past, I just found out that your step mother and stepbrother has been lying to me about you two causing trouble."

"You believed them over your own children," I said.

"I know I messed up in the past, but I discovered this after your stepmother and brother left you in the woods. I didn't know about this but when I asked where you two were they said they left you in the woods," my father said.

Me and my sister were shocked, he wasn't planning on abandoning us before.

"But why didn't you go and try to search for us?" Lea asked.

"I wanted to but, your stepmother said that if I go try to search for you two or call the police, they will go and kill you two cause only she and her son know where you two are," My father said.

Me and my sister were even more shocked.

"I understand if you still can't forgive me," my father added.

Lea ran to him and hugged him. He hugged her back and I smiled at the sight.

"It's alright father, we forgive you," Lea said.

My father smiled and looked at me. I sighed before saying somewhat calmly.

"I can't just forgive you but.. I'll give you another chance, I'm doing this for Lea so don't get the wrong idea."

My sister and father then separated from the hug.

"I understand, thank you again, how about you two come live with me. We can start all over again," my father said.

Even if we wanted to well mostly Lea, I know we couldn't because were assassins now.

"I'm sorry father, but we can't. Me and Lea already live somewhere else, but we're gonna be alright. Just divorce with our stepmother and I know you will find someone better than her. Don't worry, we will visit you sometimes," I said and Lea nodded.

"Alright, I know you two are growing up now. I'll miss you Leo and Lea, be careful," my father said.

Me and my sister hugged our father one last time and said our goodbyes. Me and my sister separated from the hug and left. Me and my sister went into an alleyway without anyone noticing and parkoured our way to the rooftop. We then parkoured our way back to base.
