"We meet again Zoe Nightshade."

"Perseus Jackson cliche' as when I first met you I see."

He faked a pout at her which made her blush a little but, he didn't notice or didn't care. "So uh why did you choose me to be your partner in crime," she asked trying to change the subject?

"Well your good at archery and stealth. Also you can take care of yourself so I don't have to worry about your safety as much as I would others and its always good to have a friend for company," He said making her stand a little straighter due to her pride.

"Okay but, why wouldn't you choose one of your cousins like Thalia or Nico." Percy immediately looked away but, judging by his body language she could tell he was angry.

"Great she hit a sore spot for him. I have only been his partner for ten minutes and I've already pissed him off," she mumbled to herself. Thankfully he didn't here her.

Slowly he turned around. She gasped at the sight of him. His once beautiful, light, sea green, eyes were now pitch black and his face was contorted into an angry scowl.

He started to glow black and sea green and she had to turn away from him in order to not become one of the blind. "Chaos. Chaos Percy is really mad and I don't know what to do about and he's started glowing. Please come help," Zoe prayed hoping she would be saved.

Fortunately for her Chaos flashed in not five seconds later.

"What happened," he asked a little nervously at the power emitting from Percy's body.

"I just asked him why he chose me to be his partner."

Chaos seemed to be thinking about something before his eyes widened. "Did you by any chance mention Thalia or Nico," he questioned?

"Yes why and how does that cause this?"

Chaos sighed before rubbing his temples in frustration.

"I guess I should have expected this. Maybe I should have told you why to not mention them. About four years ago earth time someone murdered The daughter of Zeus and Son of Hades. The three of them were hanging out at the beach until they fell asleep. Sometime during the night someone slit their throats in cold blood and ever since then he has been hunting down the murderer. Unfortunately though my granddaughters, the Fates said he could no longer search for the murderer because they for some reason always have their clubs stuck up their asses," Chaos explained.

"So if he can't then what's he going to do?" "Oh I never said he can't." "The Fates said he wasn't allowed," Zoe argued with a slight bit of confusion on her face.

"Yes but, they do not control anything. All they do is because they are told to do it. My daughter Ananke Primordial of Fate controls what actually happens. Even then if I want something to happen that isn't apart of her plan then she does it. Of course when he was told that he wasn't allowed, I also needed something. So I made a trade. He was to be my personal assassin in dire times for war and I let him continue his search for the killer as well as receive my blessing."

Zoe thought about before speaking again "Then why am I hear?"

"You my dear are here because I gave Perseus a choice to bring one person back from the dead and he chose you. Do not ask why because I have no idea why he brought you back but, I will say he made the right choice," Chaos spoke with a slight bit of mischievousness.

"Great we can talk about this later since we have already gotten off hand. You need to find a way to calm him down so he doesn't destroy us and your palace," Zoe told him as she looked at the super powerful demigod who had some how managed to make his "little" storm grow even bigger.

Chaos nodded before walking over to a still very pissed off Percy.

"Look Percy you need to calm down or your going to destroy my palace. Oh and Zoe," Chaos shouted over the storm.

The first part was ignored but, he was rapidly calming down after hearing the last part. He definitely wasn't going kill someone he had just recently brought back to life.

Slowly but, surely he was able to control himself before anybody got hurt. Once he made sure that his powers were in check he collapsed to the floor in exhaustion. His face was pale and he was sweating.

Chaos quickly summoned some ambrosia and nectar as he ran to Percy's side.

Zoe took the godly food and drink from Chaos and started stuffing it in Percy's mouth. The color returned to his face and he wasn't sweating as much.

They slowly helped him sit up but, had to be careful as to avoid damaging his already weak body. Normally using that much power wouldn't have drained him so much but, he was out of practice since he hadn't used that much power since he almost destroyed a planet a few years back (Chaos time) because the leader had pissed him off.

After a few minutes Chaos called for a couple of the army's healers to come in. They came with a stretcher in hand. Once Percy was loaded up they hauled him over to the infirmary where they began to immediately set to work trying their best to heal him in the least bit of time as possible.

"Zoe we must get going. I have a mission for you," Chaos spoke softly before leading the ex huntress away from Percy and towards the door.

"What about him," she said pointing to her partner who had fallen unconscious when the healers brought him to the infirmary to heal.

"He will be fine. Besides you will see him once you get back from your mission. Now meet me in the throne room once you have packed your stuff for the mission."

"What do you mean pack. I thought I would be back when Percy was awake?"

"You will be back after he is awake. Or he should be."

"Fine," Zoe huffed before running to her room and packing for the mission.

Unbeknownst to her Percy had already awakened and Chaos knew it. He had a special job for Percy though.

It had taken her thirty minutes to get ready and be in the throne room to meet Chaos only to find that he wasn't there. After waiting for a while longer he flashed in with a huge grin plastered to his face.

"Your going to like this mission." Zoe looked at him strangely before shrugging and looking at him expectantly waiting to be told what the mission was.

"Your mission Zoe is to defend Artemis and her hunters while they make their journey to camp half blood," Chaos said excitedly.

Her eyes widened before she started pumping her fists in the air as if she won something. "Of course you can't tell them who you are but, you may present yourself to them."

"Okay but, what should I tell them my name is?"

He seemed to be thinking before being the dramatic all powerful being and created a light bulb above his head smiling like and idiot.

Well Zeus had to get it from somewhere.

"How about Nightshade."

"Um no offence but, that is the stupidest idea ever. I might as well tell them who I am."

This seemed to dim his spirits a little but, he quickly thought of another name. "Black Arrow," he said happily.

Zoe thought it over in her head before nodding her head in agreement. "I like it but, now I must go ahead with my mission so I would like it if you gave me the details."

Chaos sat down in his throne as she sat down in a chair he summoned for her. "Artemis and her hunters are making their way to camp half-blood but, my brother Order has sent a small army after them. He wants to take them out before they can make it to safety behind the barrier that surrounds the camp."

Zoe nodded but, was still confused as to why he would target the hunters.

"Okay but, why take out the hunters," she asked.

"Artemis is probably the only Olympian who can get involved with demigods and her power comes from how many hunters she has. Every time she loses a hunter she loses a small bit of power. The more hunters she has the more power she gains. Make sense," he asked after finishing his lecture about the goddess of the moon?

"Yes I think I got it but, when do I leave?" That's when his face formed a mischievous smirk. "How about now," he laughed as he snapped his fingers making her disappear in a flash.

A/N okay the story is going to be Percy/Reyna from the votes. Sorry Perzoe people but they beat y'all by one vote. Though you guys now get to pick who Zoe's going to date. by awesome people.
Oh and don't expect updates as often because I have school and I just got my kindle taken away. I wish I could be working on this more but, I can't. I'm not even supposed to be on it now. Bye awesome readers.
