Hey Dreamers... have you drank your water today? Eaten food for positive impact? Taken a moment to breathe?
It's a crazy time of year for many of us with the holidays (whatever Holiday you happen to celebrate). We want to make sure you're doing okay. So, here are some suggestions to help make life a little more stable. And please, don't resist reaching out to a professional for help if you need it. Several of us on the TeamofDreams have mental health professionals in our lives, and they're a blessing.

Suggestion 1: Eat good food and drink more water! Here are some ideas and recipes for writing snacks!

Suggestion 2: Plan a sleep schedule and stick to it. All phones have alarms, and we almost all set an alarm to get up, but do you set one to go to bed? Try it... and DO IT. Having trouble falling asleep? Try this breathing exercise.

Suggestion 3: Get moving! You can even do this as your desk. Check out this cool video of chair yoga.
