So, I went to this Spanish camp for 4 days. While I was there, I met this guy that goes to a school in my city. We were constantly flirting with each other, but he also was flirting with my friend and said he likes her. He gave his # to my friend and I told him that she gave it to me, and he was fine with it. But, I don't know if I should text him, and if so, when and what. I'm only 14, so I want to keep it casual and not a ton of flirting. Do you think he likes me? And should I text him? I need help!

It sounds like this guy really likes your friend. See if she likes him. If she does, don't go for it. It's his choice. If not, have at it with a hacksaw! Not...literally. But you know what I mean.
