Question for Author

Author: Well picking three in general would be hard to do. So I'll do three that I started from around this time last year.

Author: Last year, I watched a fee new shows.

Those were some like, Fire Force, Dr. Stone, One Piece, JoJo, Hunter x Hunter, RWBY, Revisions, Seven Seeds and Evangelion.

Author: Before Quarantine, I didn't start any new ones because I was busier, but I've been watching two that are amazing

Author: I think I'll boost it up to a too five to give some variety.

Okay!

Number 5.

Hunter x Hunter
Status: On hiatus
Episodes: 146
This is like, the greatest shounen action anime/manga to date.

The characters are phenomenal, the arcs are beautifully written and the story is just amazing

My favourite character: Killua

Favourite antagonist: Meruem

Favourite relationship: Meruem and Komugi (platonic)

Favourite arc: Chimera ant arc (the greatest arc ever written)

Number 4.

Neon genesis Evangelion

Status: Completed
Episodes: 24
Favourite arc: Episode 10-22
This anime blew my mind away. From the premise, to the character arcs.

Evangelion tackles issues just as depression and escapism all while still having the characters fight aliens in their giant mechas

Favourite character: Misato

Favourite relationship: Shinji and Misato (status: confusing as hell)

Favourite antagonist: None

Number 3

One Piece

Damn, I started this at the beginning of last school semester and I understand why this is the most popular anime/manga. It's fucking amazing.

The world building is so creative and easy to understand, the mysterious are compelling and aren't dragged out and lastly, the main characters are my favourite group

Favourite Character: Nico Robin

Favourite relationship: Luffy and Nami (Platonic/ Fan romantic)

Favourite antagonist: Aokiji

Favourite arc: currently water 7. From the clips, Marineford saga

Number 2.

Tower of god

This is the first WEBTOON comic to be adapted into an anime and my god, this shit is gold.

The art style and soundtrack are godly, the episodes are perfectly written and the twist are so shocking!

If you watch this anime, don't wait for season 2 to be adapted, download WEBTOON and read season 2. It's free and one of the best mangas ever written

Favourite character: Khun (from just this year in general. This guy is the GOAT of the whole show)

Favourite relationship: Bam and Endorsi (Platonic for season 1)

Favourite antagonist: Can't say for anime onlys but for anyone who's watched it and read season 2, we all know who I'm talking about, and it's not Zahard

Favourite arc: Workshop battle

Number 1

Beastars

Now if you're anything like my dumbass, you're probably thinking

MISS ME WITH THAT FURRY SHIT! I DONT FUCK WITH ZOOTOPIA!!!!!

Trust me, that's what I first thought but then I decided to actually try it and my lord.... this shit is just..... I can't describe how great it is.

Beastars talks about realistic societal issues such as discrimination, political corruption and even how those from different races can love

It's a very mature show with still a lot of heartwarming and lighthearted funny moments so you don't feel depressed just from watching.

My favourite thing from Beastars are the characters and opening

Seriously, listen to the opening. It's one of my top 3 favourites

Now you might be worrying, does getting into beastars make me a furry?

I can guarantee it does not. I can still look at my cats in 100% healthy way without wanting to make hentai out of them or act like a silver tabby/ calico

Favourite character: Louis/ Gouhin

Favourite relationship: From season 1, Legoshi and Haru (one sides crush)

From Manga: Louis and Ibuki

Favourite antagonist: Can't say for anime only. Read past season 1

Favourite arc: Murder investigation

End
