"Her ability to read another person and instincts that tells her what will happen next is unknown of how she got it and isn't hinted at much."

Yuna: Well I guess I can say it may have begun developing when my father abadoned my mother and I. It probably began to grow and overtake my mind two days prior after my mother died in an accident, the day I finally found out about it at age 9. I call them visions.  They began coming and showing things more vividly by the day before me at age 13. It's as if I earned the instincts to protect everyone I care for after the lost of two people very dear to me. I see something, like the future, happen or even flash before my eyes and immediately warn those shown in the vision. I don't think any of them had failed to protect anyone so far, but I shouldn't speak too soon. Anyways, this is only my theory. Even Psy, my Psychic Knife Dragon, doesn't know.

Psy: I tried scanning through her mind for abnormalities and damage, but nothing strange had showed up.

Yuna: -Shrug- I guess I'll never find out until the day I die.
