Meiner: He did. He blackmailed all our families. The ones he could get to anyway. Lucillia and her father get away every October. And Mckenzie's father is nowhere to be seen, most likely terrorizing Jack, but McKenzie just does give a d*mn about hurting anyone.

Arron: We get free from his control every year, but sometimes our parents get unlucky. They stay in hiding. The main three try to keep him at bay. Now that Tyler has his mom back, he finally has a reason to skip October. He hasn't seen her since he was 3..
