Ray and I had been friends for awhile when we went into town together. I had to do some chores and shopping was one of them. Since I knew there would be some very pretty ladies there, I brought, well more like forcefully dragged, Ray into the market with me. He was supposed to be my wingman if I saw a good one, vice versa with him as well. Ray was trying to impress this one shop keeper when he tripped and crushed another booth, which happened to be Maya's.
She was selling very old pieces of scrap metal.
At first, I had to hold back my laughter because I thought they would start arguing but they just stared at each other.
For five minutes.
I was like, I should get some credit because I dragged him there in the first place.
The rest is history.
