Yes. Yes she has. I remember when we where on the beach. I was lying in the sand and I was really into my book I was reading and Ruby came over and dumped water on me....I .ran I know I'm used to it but I was really into my book and didn't wanna be bothered.

But you were on a beach in your bathing suit with the sun out. You needed to cool off. Your powers might have worked for our snow cones. :)
