Peridot: I remember when Jasper, Lapis lazuli and I arrived to Earth sent on a mission ordered by Yellow Diamond and I didn't really know those Crystal Gems tried to attack me and interfere with my work I was only trying to do my job and that was it but
but they attack me and strip me of my limb enhancers and I try to get in touch with HomeWorld but they destroyed my chances of getting off this hunk of rock.  But out of all the Crystal Gems
Steven was the nicest one and he didn't do anything to me or try to attack me! I remember when he un -bubbled me and he said "Aww you look like a little angry slice of pie"  and
He said I looked "Cute"!

I am NOT CuTe! 

We were enemies back then but even though I didn't show it I've always had a crush on Steven he gave me a chance at redemption and I'm proud to be a Crystal gem! And I would love to be with Steven but he's with Connie
*Cough* *Cough*  "Cloddie"  in the canon show. But I want to make him mine!

I honestly don't know what Steven sees in that human girl in "Bismuth Casual" and in "Together forever" and in "Growing pains".  A lot of examples-

I can go on and on but what I'm trying to say is yes I have a crush on Steven
He is so handsome and built ngl and he is a great person I love him but he is with Connie
