So how I make these are actually a new way I found!

I use a great photo editor called PicsArt.
Then I got onto the font app Fonts.
Then I put the picture, crop it so it's the right size, and click the text box.

When I use the Font app, you have to highlight it all, select copy, then go back to PicsArt where the text box is open.
You paste it into the box, and exit out of that.
Change the color from white, to a color that'll show, and choose a font, which will looked cooler since you have to combined fonts.
