- Oh yeah. He's Chihiro (minus the crossdressing part) and Chiaki (the sleepy part) combined. But when he drinks coffee, he's gets super pumped up for at least the whole day

- Has taken Sayaka's personality. (Even the yandere part) Currently in a relationship with Hajime Nanami.

Nagito Fujisaki: Ultimate Detective
- Ah, Nagito. He's still addicted to hope. But he has a serious side though. Has an eyepatch over his left eye due to an accident when he's just a rookie. Currently a member of the Hope Bagel Squad, along with Ibuki Yonaga.

Ibuki Yonaga: Ultimate ??? (Hajime's Talent)
- The protagonist of SDRS 2. Is 25% Naegi, 50% Nagito and 25% Angie (minus the third person stlye of speaking) Currently a member of the Hope Bagel Squad.

Mahiru Chabashira: Ultimate Traveller.
- She likes to take pictures of where she goes, even with or without her freinds. Is jealous over DR Mahiru, for reasons.

Hiyoko Iruma: Ultimate Caregiver/Assassin. (Do Take Note: Adult Hiyoko is her appearance)
- Is pretty friendly over the kids she's taking care of. But if someone either hurts the children, they're dead. Is in a relationship with Second world Shironeko. (The depressed side of the Author)

Byakoya Koizumi: Ultimate Photographer.
- Unlike Twogami, who is a giant cannonball, (DR.Twogami: I heard that!) He's got the physique of the prick.
(DR.Togami: I heard that, you insolent fool!) And unlike those two cacti, he's nice, inside and outside.

- This world's prick. No other explanations. Btw, he's the first victim in the killing game.

Peko Shirogane: Ult. Cosplayer.
- Still the same Peko, but once handed a costume, she's like Ibuki.

Fuyuhiko Owada: Ult. Baseball Star.
- Unlike the DR. Leon, he loves baseball. Has an extreme accuracy of 110% He even uses this skill to take out criminals, and yes, his part time job is a criminal hunter.

Sonia Ludenberg: Ult. Maid
- Same Sonia, but is dead serious when given a task. Is in a relationship with Kazuichi Momota. (Hey, DR Kazuchi, Happy now?)

Kazuichi Momota: Ult. Martial Artist
- Same Kazuchi, but when fighting, he's like Peko. Is in a relationship with R.S. Sonia.

Akane Tojo: Ult. Doujin Creator.
- I wouldn't go near this person if I were you. She has the personality of Miu Iruma, 100%.

Nekomaru Ogami: Ult. Hall Monitor.
- The Ishimaru of this world. Is strict about the rules.

Gundham Amami: Ult. Astronomer.
- Is like Gundham, but less worse than him. That part of him only triggers when he sees the Polaris, either picture or actual witnessing.

Mikan Shinguji: Ult. Swordswomen
- The despair addict of SDR2. Is Junko and Brainwashed Mikan (Danganronpa 3: Despair Arc) combined.

New DanganReverseSwap V3: Reversed Harmony

Kaede Komaeda: Ult. Traditional Dancer.
- The NDRS V3's Nagito. Currently a member of the Hope Bagel Squad. Is in a relationship with R.S. Shuichi.

Shuichi Nevermind: Ult. Biker Gang Leader.
- The Fuyuhiko of NDRS V3. Other than being in a relationship with RS. Kaede, there's nothing else I can tell you guys.

Kokichi Twogami: Ult. Imposter
- Like Mr. Fat Richie Rich (DR. Twogami) here, he has a prick-y personality. That is all.
(R.S. Kokichi: 😑)

Rantaro Nidai: Ult. Anthrophologist.
- Like the original Rantaro, he's the first victim. But it's RS. Ryoma who killed him. He has a timid personality.

Angie Tanaka: Ult. Gymnast.
- Like DR Angie, she only wears a skirt and a bikini top. She said that it gives her freedom in movement. Still has her Third Speaking Personality, or TSP for short.

Kirumi Ouma: Ult. Mechanic.
- Is 50% Kazuchi, 49% Junko, 1% Miu. 

Korekiyo Hoshi: Ultimate Clairvoyant.
- Kiyo here is more talented than Hiro. (DR. Hagakure: What does that even mean?) Accuracy of his tellings are 45%. Is as sadistic as Mukuro in DR3 Desbear Arc, I mean Despair Arc. He is also the mastermind.

Kibo Mioda: Ult. Detective.
- The DR.Saihara of this AU. Can be a bit of an airhead when given a cup of espresso, though. The protagonist.

Tenko Hanamura: Ultimate Artist.
- Unlike DR. Tenko, she loves males, and is interested in taking Kibo's U-no-wat-eye-meen.

Tsumugi Gokuhara: Ult. Princess.
- Has Sonia's personality, 98% and she is also 2% DR.Asahina.

Maki Yonaga: Ult. Akidio Master
- Ibuki and her are sisters in this AU, and yes, instead if being the 53rd killing game, this is the 3rd killing game. Is a member of the Bagel Squad.

Kaito Asahina: Ult. Inventor.
- This is Kazuichi of this killing game, is a total birdhead, but once handed a wrench, he goes full inventing mode. Has invented an everything-proof (water, chemicals, scratchproof, explosion, etc.) translator in hand, but can't find someone for it to use on.

Ryoma Yumeno: Ult. Asshole, er Lucky Student.
- The first blackened. Killed Rantaro out of stupidity. A super duper stupid person, from head to toe.

Himiko Owari: Ult. Entomologist
- This world's Gonta. Also, she has a habit of beating Kokichi up, because he always kills her friend bugs.

Gonta Harukawa: Ult. Breeder.
- Isn't a chuuniibyo, like Gundham. But acts like a normal breeder, and is always with his four cats. (Instead of hamsters.)

Miu Pekoyama: Ult. Tennis Player.
- An undefeatble tennis player, whether table tennis or actual tennis, she's got no losses in her history. But is a kind and innocent person. Unlike her Danganronpa counterpart.
(DR. Miu: I'll f***ing kill you, wait really? Censorship?)
