Gideon: HEY ALL!! So, after the short aheh, hiatus. We've come back to do some more dares!

Dipper: unwillingly.

Mabel: Oh come on, that's not true. You actually like doing these dares.

Dipper: False.

Mabel: Really? You never would have gotten together with Paz if we didn't start doing this.

Dipper: . . . . .

Paz: she has a point, y'know

Dipper: *mumbles incoherently*

Mabel: Anyways, we have a dare, and this is funny. Because, get this, Paz you have to go on a date.

Paz: Oh?

Dipper: *grinning* Wonder—

Mabel: —with Cody.

Everyone (besides Mabel): . . . . . .

Dipper: *laughs* oh that's hilarious. Very funny jest, sister.

Mabel: Far from a jest, Dipper. It's from @Potterfan249 and that's not all. Dipper, you have to be their driver.

Gideon: But doesn't Cody know that they're together? I mean, he was here when Dipper confessed to loving Paz.

Mabel: That's why, to make things more interesting, I'm going to place a slight amnesia spell on Cody. As well as Paz and Dipper.

Paz: You're going to use magic on us? Really?

Mabel: hey, *holds up hands* it'll make for a better read, let's be honest

Gideon: she has a point.

Dipper: I have to be the driver?

Mabel: wow, looks like Dipper's brain is still trying to play catch-up.

Dipper: *looks at Paz* I have to be the driver?

Paz: *nods* Yes, Dipper

Dipper: *pouts like a kitten*

Gideon: Alright, should we get Cody over here. Mabes will work her magic, and then all three of you will go.

Paz: well, what are you and Mabel gonna do while this happens?

Mabel: oh we'll just be following you to see what happens. :)

Dipper: okay, that's not creepy at all.

Gideon: Alright! Let's get this show on the road!

Mabel: Gideon, get Cody over here while I put a slight amnesia spell on the two lovebirds.

Dipper: I DO NOT CONSENT!!!

Gideon: *calls Cody* hey, Cody? Do you mind coming over to the Mystery Shack for a bit? Pacifica has to ask you something

Mabel: *in a different room with the lovebirds in question* okay, this spell should only last three hours. I figure that's enough time for a date.

Dipper: *visibly sad* okay

Paz: *kisses Dipper's cheek*

Mabel: how cute *casts spell* hac nocte amorem obliviscar tui.

Gideon: Guys, Cody's here! *let's him in*

Dipper: Uh, why is Cody here again?

Mabel: Because of a dare. Paz and Cody have to go on a date.

Dipper: *grumbles to himself*

Mabel: but wait, there's more. You have to be their driver.

Paz & Dipper: WHAT?!

Cody: What's happening? Why do I have to be here?

Mabel: because you and Paz have to go on a date

Cody: Oh, cool

Paz: *smiles*

Cody: Well, let's go. Come on, Paz.

Dipper: *grumbling*

Cody: Dipper too.

~Later in the car~

Dipper: *gets in driver's seat*

Cody & Paz: *sit in the back seat*

Dipper: Where am I taking you two?

Cody: you know most restaurants, don'tcha Gleeful?

Dipper: I suppose you're right with that assumption. . .

Paz: Please Dipper? You're supposed to work with this dare, regardless of the fact that you think you're wasting your time. I'm sorry you've been dragged into this mess, but can you please go along with it?

Dipper: . . . .*thinks* she knows I can't resist when she asks me for something. . .what sort of sick game is she playing?

Paz: Um? Dipper?

Dipper: Okay, alright, verily I say, ergo. . .uh, yes.

Cody: Uhhh what just happened to you? Didja fry a chip or something?
Dipper: Oh ha ha. Comparing me to a robot still Chiu? Pathetic.

Paz: Dipper! Your sister said we only have three hours before we have to go back. Apparently the four of us have plans or something.

Cody: it still surprises me that you're friends with the Gleefuls.

Dipper: Alright. I'll comply. But only because my sweetheart asks it of me.

Paz: *wrinkles nose* Sweetheart?

Cody: Hey! Pacifica isn't interested in you, Gleeful. That's why she's going on a date with me. If she liked you, she'd be going out with you.

Dipper: *smirking smugly* As I recall, Cody Chiu, she's doing this because of a dare, not because she wants to actually go out with you. Capiche?

Dipper: So the restaurant I'm thinking is. . .

At the place

Cody: Wow, this place is nice.

Paz: Yeah, it's not too fancy to the point where I feel like an outcast

Cody: *looks at Paz* Y'know, you don't have to let Dipper treat you that way. By making himself look all high and mighty, I'm sure it makes you feel bad.

Paz: I've never really thought about it. But no, he doesn't really do that. He's actually a rather nice guy. Sure, he can be a little pretentious, but he's got a good heart. He means well, and he despite his pestering, he's a genuinely good guy.

Cody: Huh, I thought you hated him

Paz: I never hated him. Okay, maybe when we first met I thought he was such a jerk, as well as a pretentious creep, but after I hung out with him more, even though we were forced to by the audience--

Cody: Audience?

Paz: Oh, yeah, did I ever tell you about how Gideon convinced us four to do this Ask/Dare thing? Well, basically, everything I do with them is recorded and shown to a nice group of people, who I dunno in person, and they ask us questions or dare us. It's pretty much the latter with that group though.

Cody: So this date is being recorded?

Paz: *shrugs* I'm sure Mabel just sends her butler out to film us.

Mabes and Gideon: *hiding behind bushes near window with camera*

Mabel: She thinks I send my servants to do this?

Gideon: *shrugs*

Paz: But we've done a lot of fun stuff. And some stuff just involves me hanging around Dipper.

Cody: Are you serious?

Paz: Yup. But like I said, I don't mind so much, because he's a good guy

Cody: What's the worst dare you've had to go through?

Paz: Probably. . .probably when Candy, your cousin, had to say everything she hated about me. It honestly made me feel awful, because I thought I was a nice person. *gets confused look*

Cody: What is it?

Paz: As I remember more of the dare. . .Dipper came out of nowhere and defended me immediately. He took every single horrible thing that Candy said to my face and turned it around as some praise or compliment. *shrugs* it was probably just a dare. . .

meanwhile in the car

Dipper: *sighs dramatically* why doesn't she see me, huh? Does she hate me that much? Am I such a terrible guy to her? What does she really think about me?

Gideon: *knocks on glass* HEY CAN YOU STOP LAMENTING IN THERE? YOU'RE BUMMING ME OUT!

Dipper: Gideon? What the hell are you doing here? God, did Mabel stuff you in the truck again?

Gideon: No I-- wait, again?!

Dipper: Oh, she must've erased your mind, whoops

Gideon: Anyways, you look down, what's bothering you?

Dipper: Gideon, I need to ask you a very serious question.

Gideon: Shoot

Dipper: Do. . .do you think I have a shot with Pacifica? I mean, I figured you would know the most, giving the fact that the two of you share a house. Does she really hate me?

Gideon: *stuck between telling him that he's under a spell and that he's with Pacifica* Um

Dipper: Be honest with me! *slams fist on steering wheel causes it to honk* Shoot, sorry.

Gideon: It's cool, man.

Dipper: Well?

Gideon: Um, I'm not really sure. But hey, if it makes you feel better, she doesn't talk about how she hates you when we're alone. I think she actually admires you, in a way. I'm just not sure

Dipper: *sighs* Do you think I have a shot with a girl like her?

Gideon:. . . .just wait and see is really the only advice I can give you bud.

Dipper: *sighs and leans head down on steering wheel so it honks again* Damnit!

meanwhile with Mabel

Mabel: Hmm, did she really spend ten minutes talking about how she thinks my brother is a nice guy?

Gideon: *rushes over* Hey hey hey, we might have a problem

Mabel: Ya think? Turns out Pacifica liked Dipper a crap-ton before they actually got together! She's spent the last ten minutes talking about what a great guy he is!

Gideon: I think your brother is taking this a little hard

Mabel: what do you mean?

Gideon: so y'know how we thought, before they got together of course, that Dipper liked Paz?

Mabel: well, yeah

Gideon: I think he liked her more than he let on. He literally demanded me to tell him if he actually has a shot with her. Then he slammed his head so hard on the steering wheel

Mabel: Ah, so that's what that noise was. Anyways, wow.

Gideon: Yeah, so what happens now?

Mabel: We've gotta let the dare play out. See what happens. It's what the audience wants

Gideon: the audience didn't want them to have momentary amnesia

Mabel: True, but it makes things more interesting. Besides, even though he's a RevDipcifica ship ruiner, I didn't want Cody to feel too bad

Gideon: I suppose you're right. Oh look, they're leaving!
