What book genres do you like to read? by Noshin7bear

I love reading romance books because I'm a fluffy, and sort of a hopeless romantic at times. These include historical romances as well such as Washington Square by Henry James, Jane eyre by Charlotte Bronte (I'm in love with it) , Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen etc.

I also love the many historical romance books written by Ms. Laura Bell. She's a popular writer on Wattpad. My personal favorite book of hers is 'An Earnest Favor'

I also like fantasy stories such as Harry Potter series, Alfie Bloom series, Twilight saga, I've only read a few books of Percy Jackson but I should properly read the entire series soon.

I prefer fiction to non-fiction because in my opinion, there are no boundaries to your imagination and writing when it comes to writing fiction books.

Personally, I love books such as Harry Potter because it has so many products of the author's imagination. Her own lands, her own spells, her own ranking for people such as pure bloods, half blood, squibs etc. The world of Harry Potter runs by her own rules and that's fascinating.

I like comedy as well because who doesn't love a good laugh. 'The Death Chronicles' which can be found in my reading list is hilarious to read. Roald Dahl has a pretty spot on sense of humor as well.

In contrast, I don't like to read dark themed or very angsty books that much. When I read them, I tend to get really upset and emotional and I'm not a big fan of trying to make myself feel sad or disheartened by reading them.

Now, please don't get me wrong. There are alot of angst books which are well versed, well written and definitely award worthy but they are not the type of books that I would always be reading. I'm more of a reader of books that gives out positive vibes and have happy endings.
