Luke and Leia have been trying to explain Anakin to me. They believe that Vader and Anakin were basically to different people. I'm not much for all this mysticism but for Leia's sake I will say that Anakin was a man. Men are tempted by many things and like so many others before him, he gave into temptation. The result of that lapse in judgement was Darth Vader and everything that goes with his legacy. Still Anakian was Leia's father and if he had a hand in creating that feisty Princess then he couldn't have all bad.
