But what if he wasn't a devil like you said and he wasn't actually suffering from this world. Then does that mean you would ditch your lover and save Erwin instead because of him? Its kinda sad in my opinion since that's the only reason u would save ur lover- it shows that they are just low/nothing to you

If Erwin wasn't a devil, that means he wouldn't be the commander, he's the devil in this hell-hole and he's the only one who can stand a chance against the titans, yes, some might say he's a devil for sending countless people to their deaths but what do you honestly expect? It's the Survey Corps and once you join the chances of you surviving are slim to none. Erwin was the only reason we brought down the beast titan despite sacrificing himself and the lives of most of the legion.

Like I said, if Erwin wasn't a devil, he wouldn't have sent people to their deaths, he wouldn't have been the Commander- I don't know what he would've been if he wasn't the Commander and I don't know where we would've all been; Probably dead since the Scouts were being hunted a few months ago and we would've been hung in public.

You didn't say anything to describe my 'lover' for example, having the strength like Mikasa, or as smart as Armin. I got nothing to say to defend my lover if I don't know about their strengths and weakness' in this case but if they did have any of those said capabilities then I would have thought twice on them. Not just from the fact that we would have been together but also from their abilities and the chances of them helping out and surviving to exterminate all the titans.
