Q: How do you deal with not sleeping? Insomnia has been nagging me these past few days and I'm exhausted :(
Lavender essential oil helps people to sleep, not being bias or shit but tea can be really relaxing as well. I heard about taking a warm bath or shower before bed as well- that's what Hanji said. I have yet to try that out.
