Q: Hey Levi can you give me some motivation to work out please? I'm really miserable with the way my body is at the moment and need to do something about it, but I need a kick up the ass. If anyone can motivate me it's probably you. P. S I really love you like a lot 💜

You shouldn't feel miserable about your body, if you want to work out, then do so. Set a clear goal in mind for the workout session- shit like ''I'm going to do 50 push-ups'' etc etc. Maybe some music you like would help out to motivate you more when working out, or drag a friend like I drag shitty glasses to her bath.

Just keep a level head and set your goals. You'll get there eventually kid.
