Survival Of The Cutest

bluethedorito JACK WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO SURVIVE A DAY WITHOUT SEEING DAVID?!

Jack stared at the question, and shifted his focus over to David, who was currently trying to reach some sort of glass bottle on the top shelf.
"Do you require assistance?" Jack sighed, getting sick of watching the short man struggle.
"No! I almost have this!" David grunted.
"What is it you are trying to retrieve?" Jack asked, walking towards David.
"That medicine on the top shelf," David replied.
"Alright," Jack reached to try and grab the medicine, the height was nothing to Jack.
"Jack wait!" David exclaimed, grabbing Jack's arm and stopping him from grabbing the bottle in question.
"Is something the matter?" Jack asked.
"I've got it Jack! I don't need help, besides, I'll just feel like a loser if I don't grab it myself," David explained. Jack wrapped his arms around David's waist, lifting him so that he was eye level with the medicine.
"Go on then, grab it," Jack nodded. David let out a small noise of protest, but cooperated and grabbed it, Jack letting him down as he did.
"Thanks..." David mumbled under his breath, clearly embarrassed. Jack was about to reply, but he stopped once he saw that David's face had suddenly scrunched up a bit. David gently set the bottle down on the table, his face freezing up a bit more.
"What is happening?!" Jack asked, worried.
"Don't worry! There was just a lot of dust on that shelf so-" David interrupted himself with his own sneeze, releasing a noise that was similar to a small kitten mewl. Jack clinched his fist, hurting his own fingers, it was all he could do to keep from blushing.
"No, I do not believe I would even survive a day," Jack whispered.
