Mickey0309 Hey David, will you ever tell Jack what happened between you, the researcher, and the lead scientist?

"I am curious, what did happen David?" Jack asked. David froze. He held nothing against either of them, they were still his friends but... He couldn't think about the researcher without hurting. He wanted to be happy for her and the lead scientist, it was just... Difficult. Still, even if it wasn't with him, he still wanted her to be happy. Right now though? Talking about it would probably just make him hurt worse, and he didn't want to deal with that, he'd rather keep it bottled up for now.
"Jack... I'm still not ready to talk about it," David mumbled. Jack felt discouraged. He had told David he only had to tell him when he was ready, and he was fully prepared to uphold that for as long as he had to, but now he was worried. The longer David held it in, the more depressed he'd become. He didn't want David to end up hurting himself.
"Fine, but... It is not good for you to hold back this much, the only way you are going to get better is by talking about it," Jack frowned.
"I know... I'm just not ready, I'll tell you when I am, I promise," David sighed.
