"Does ice cream count?! If it does, then ice cream, all the way!" David cheered.
"You would think that your choice would be healthier considering your profession," Jack grinned.
"Hey! Don't be like that! Ice cream is delicious, especially with whipped cream," David sighed, drooling a little. Jack's mind transitioned to a mental image of David eating ice cream, but decided to discard it before it got any uh... more mature for lack of a better word.
"Oh my," Jack whispered to himself.
"What's wrong?"
"Hm? Oh, nothing,"
"Alright, well what's your favorite food?" David asked.
"Am I uninteresting if I say something plain like apples?"
"Not at all, that seems reasonable," David shrugged.
"I cannot help it, I enjoy the taste of fruit, apples in particular," Jack sighed.
"Careful, an apple a day keeps the doctor away, and I happen to like it here," David laughed while Jack just had a look of confusion on his face.
