1/ Bullies

I need a way to ignore bullies, because I feel suicidal most of the time and they are not helping. For instance, a few days ago four people told me to drink bleach. Of course I didn't, but when I already am suicidal and they actually tell me to do that... I'm scared of myself.

It can be hard to block out people when they are constantly telling you to do things that correlate with the way your feeling inside, them telling you to kill yourself is only making your suicidal thoughts seem more logical. You've got to see their words are worthless, as if they have no meaning to them.

I went through a similar thing however it was more to do with body confidence, and people were telling me that I was ugly constantly. I got over their words because I told myself that the word 'ugly' didn't actually mean anything, it was a string of a few letters and it was two syllables long. Your life is worth so much more than a stupid comment made by someone, and those words are at the end of the day just letters strung together into mean sentences whereas you are a human being- a miracle, surviving against all kind of odds everyday.

Although it's probably advice you've heard a hundred times, remind yourself every time a bully tells you something that they are only attacking you because they are insecure about themselves and find confidence through breaking others down. Whenever you feel suicidal thoughts come into your mind, play a song either on your phone or play it in your head to drown out those thoughts. Find a song that makes you happy, and play it as loud as you can until those thoughts leave your mind. Play that music whenever they try and knock you down. And remember that you are worth so much, and in a few years those bullies' names will mean nothing to you and you will hopefully never have to see them again.
