If you were on a mission and saw a child ninja that was abandoned and hurt and asked you for help, what would you do?

I am an S-ranked missing nin. I won't kill the kid, but I won't take them to the Akatsuki either. I'd take them somewhere nearby their village, and have them find their way there. I am no medical ninja, so I can't heal them, hm.
