Captain Cold : (grins) Well today's my luck day

Captain Cold: Of course I love the ladies

Lisa: You do relize you have to dress up as Elsa right ?

Captain Cold : I don't mind I'll do anything  for the ladies

Lisa: Oh brother !

Captain  Cold  : It will only be for a few minutes
