H-hello... My name is Ruby. Though, a lot of my friends just mostly call me Lil' Ruby so they don't get me confused with other Rubies. Anyway, I'm well... A Ruby. Well, at least supposed to be a Ruby. My gem may look like a Ruby, but I have a very different appearance. For one thing, instead of having short, black, square hair, I have long, red, wavy hair. And another thing, I wear a red dress with a ribbon tied around the back instead of those combat suits that the other Rubies wear. Sooo, I'm gonna be like the one and only Ruby you'll ever see wearing a dress. And to top it off, my right eye is green AND it changes color depending on my emotions... Well now with that aside, welcome! You may ask me any question or just dare me to do something. Just don't make it TOO challenging. I may be a gem, but even I have weaknesses and fears.

But if you want more information about my life, here's a backstory that my Admin always uses on these "Steven Universe Roleplays".

Backstory: Ruby was stunned and often bullied by the other gems back at Homeworld because she was different from the other rubies. Because she different from the other rubies, Ruby wasn't aloud to do the things that rubies usually do, from going onto missions to fusing with anybody. Ruby was usually used for either training or experimenting on. The only friend Ruby ever had on Homeworld was a Pink Sapphire. Until one day, when Ruby and Sapphire accidently fused in front of Yellow Diamond, Yellow Diamond had Sapphire's gem shattered and Ruby's gem cracked. But Ruby was lucky enough to escape with her only friend's gem shards kept safe in her bubble. Ruby floated around space for a while until she finally crashed landed on the beach in Beach City.
