Wipper: okay, I gotta be honest, this was a little unclear towards the end. But to me it sounds like you want to stop lying about when you cry. If you don't know how to bring up what's upsetting you to someone, like a friend or family member, I'd say just take a deep breath and talk about it when you're ready. Sometimes you have to talk to people about it, y'know? Because sometimes we just worry and worry about something until it seems like this huge problem that we'll never solve but it's not. You can always ask for help. And if you start to cry while you're trying to talk about it, that's okay. Sometimes you just gotta let it out.
