Body-Blue with teal inside wings, along with light teal horns, tail tip, and side scales. Light yellow ruff with piercings (OwO) Tail that seems to be like a dragonair's (from pokemon) In sunlight, scales shimmer like sapphires

Accessories-Gold rings on ruff, along with ring on left pointer finger
