Well, today, I received not one, but two reviews on my account on the FF(dot)net account from one of my older stories. Mind you, I have written this particular story about 10 years ago, so I have no idea if this person was trolling me or harassing me, but this is NOT the first time I've been blasted like this.

Here's a sample of this person's ahem unique review in all of it's full glory:

GO F*** YOURSELF YOU PIECE OF S*** THIS IS THE MOST NAIVEST STORY THAT I HAVE EVER KNOWN, YOU ARE CLEARLY WORSE THAN A PATHETIC WRITER, I JUST DON'T KNOW WHY YOU WRITE THIS TYPE OF S*** YOU LOOSER I AM ORDERING YOU STOP WRITING THIS TYPE OF B*** STORIES AND DELETE ALL OF YOUR STOSTORIES FROM THE WEBSITE UNDERSTAND, YOU OBVIOUSLY NEEDED MUCH MORE TRAINING IN ORDER TO WRITE GOOD STORIES THIS STORY IS MAKING ME BELIEVE THAT YOU DON'T DESERVE TO BE A G/CC WRITER YOU A*** , DELETE ALL OF YOUR G/CC STORIES FROM THE WEBSITE NOW! I DON'T WANT YOU TO WRITE SOMETHING EVER AGAIN ESPECIALLY STUPID STORY, THERE ARE SO MANY ERRORS IN THE STORY ,TRY TO FIX THOSE THINGS FIRST UNDERSTAND I AM WARNING YOU.

I like to point out the following problems with this review.

First off, if this is story is naive as you pointed out, then I'd like to see you write a better sentence letting me know how I could improve said story, minus the language and name calling. I can call you out on a bunch of things wrong with this wall of text you decided to send with little to no punctuation. Commas are good, but are you aware that you technically posted a run-on sentence? I only counted one explanation point and a single period throughout this rant.

Let me ask this question to you: What kind of training do I need to write a fanfic anyway? I've known people to write far worse stories using slang, abbreviations, and other things that would make your head spin.

Second, you of all people should have spellcheck on some of those words, unless of course your computer cannot detect caps lock. Also, what's up with some of these words being censored much shorter than what I am thinking? Are you truly ignorant about how to spell some of these?

Third, why in the heck did you decide to attack me with caps lock on to begin with is not winning you any brownie points. In fact, it makes you look childish, and is considered yelling. The other review posted was no better, but at least that was a much better use of your writing.

Finally, if you are adamant that my stories don't belong on this site, use a log in rather than post a review as a guest. It would also work if you took your inquiry to the manager of the site rather than gripe at me for being honest, and stating my opinion about how you could fix your review. Then again, who am I to judge your writing style after you threatened to take some course of action if I do not take immediate action and remove my stories? What would you do to me if I choose to ignore your review and not cave into your peer pressure?

I'm serious about this, and sadly, this is not the first time I've received flames from people who just seem to hate my writing. So, if you truly hate my stories, you are more than happy to hit the back button or close the browser. Leaving such remarks on anyone's story is very cold, and there's people who could have hurt themselves if they read this trash left on their stories. Thankfully, I've developed a tougher skin to handle this.

To whoever posted such a review on a story that I had long since finished, thank you for your review, and by all means, don't ever review any of my stories again.

Yeah, this actually was in my inbox when I saw the reviews on one of my stories. That is why I am going to push to get said stories on this site so I can let other people judge the stories for themselves. Yes, I have finished most of these G/CC fanfics, but that doesn't mean I can't improve them further and make it more enjoyable for people.
