*the questers and the others go up the mountain, where people from town and wolves from the pack are. Some are seen comforting others and some are terribly injured*

Bendy: oh my gosh....

*wolves from the pack all look up as the questers arrive. All of their eyes widen in shock when they see Cassandra*

Wolf #1: is that...Cassandra?!

Wolf #2: i thought she was dead!

Wolf #3: she looks perfectly fine...

David: *sees topaz* topaz! *runs over to her* are you okay?!

Topaz: I'm fine.

David: i heard the wendigos attacked your home...

Topaz: we barely made it out alive....

*after getting their wounds treated, cuphead, boris, and mugman get some supplies*

Lily: *holding comet* where are you going?

Mugman: we're gonna go and try to find nina.

Lily: *glances at the ground*

Mugman: lily....i know you're mad at your mom right now but....right now might not be the best time to hate her.

Lily: *looks at him*

Mugman: the other times we faced enemies, we made it out alive. But this time....it seems like....

Lily: i know....

Mugman: basically what I'm trying to say is....try to make up with her, okay? This might be your last chance to do make up....you might actually lose her this time....

*mugman goes over to cuphead and boris before heading out into the woods.

Lily: .....

*meanwhile*

*nina runs through the woods, along with shantae, felix, Oswald, and julia*

Nina: we have to get back to the house! Those wendigos might target my family next!

Felix: okay! Let's hurry back to the house and-*stops, eyes widen*

*everyone stops in front of what looks like a destroyed house. Nina lets out a gasp, small tears in her eyes*

Nina: n-no....they can't be....

Oswald: nina....I'm so so sorry....

*a sudden wolf howl in the distance is heard*

Nina: s-silver....?

*meanwhile*

*jack was discussing a plan with other wolves in the pack*

Wolf #1: it's obvious isn't it?! That wendigo hybrid is the reason the wendigos appeared in the first place! They're here for her!

Wolf #2: yeah! We should let them take her! Then they'll leave!

Lupe: don't forget that she's friends with lily's entire family! If we attempt to hand her over to the wendigos, her entire family would attack us! It's too risky!

Jack: we are not handing her over to the wendigos!

Wolf #2: but sir-

Jack: End of argument!

Wolf #1: you're always defending them! We nearly died multiple times because of them!!

Wolf #2: true.....which means.... *glares at jack* why are we listening you?

Jack: what?!

Wolf #2: ever since you became leader, all you've been doing is leading us into trouble because you trust lily's family too much! They've brought so much trouble to this forest!

Felicity: now calm down everyone-

Wolf #1: calm down?! We were nearly killed by those wendigos! And you expect us to calm down?!

Jack: *gets in between felicity and the wolf* you will not talk to my mate that way!!

Wolf #2: I'm telling you jack! You're making a terrible mistake!

*half of the wolves nodded in agreement*

Jack: i am your leader! I decide what we will do! But hear me when i say this, we will not attack dovey!!

Wolf #2: you are no leader of mine! Not anymore! *starts to walk away, looks back at the wolves* I'm going to end this once and for all! If any of you wish to join me, then you're welcomed to!

*the wolf starts to walk away. as he does, about 16 wolves follow him, leaving only 31 wolves left in jack's pack*

Cassandra: *watching* this feels all too fimailar.....

Daniel: *looking around* has anyone seen whiteleaf?

Violet: *looks up* .....

*meanwhile*

*whiteleaf walks around the woods, searching for food. She hears a small animal in the bushes and gets ready to attack it. She lunges at it but misses and falls face first on the ground*

Whiteleaf: ow.....*gets up* hunting is a lot harder than i remember....

*a twig snaps. Whiteleaf stiffens and her ears twitch. Suddenly, a wendigo lunges at her.*

Whiteleaf: AAAAHHH!!

*Whiteleaf gets pinned to the ground by the wendigo, it's claws digging into her fur, making it bleed. She growls and kicks the wendigo off.  She lunges at it and starts to claw at it's face, her sharp claws dig into the wendigo's eyes. She gets thrown to the ground*

Whiteleaf: *hits the ground* Agh! *tries to get up but winces in pain*

*the wendigo charges at her. Whiteleaf closes her eyes, ready to get hit by it. Suddenly, she hears the sound of flesh being torn like paper and bones broken like sticks. She looks up, a smile spread across her face*

Whiteleaf: Dovey!!

Dovey: *helps whiteleaf up* are you okay?! Nothing bro-

*whiteleaf hugs dovey tightly*

Whiteleaf: *tears in eyes* i missed you so much!

Dovey: *smiles, hugs back* i missed you too...

*meanwhile*

Mugman: nina?! Where are you?!

Cuphead: how do you lose your daughter in a small ass forest like this?!

Boris: we have to keep looking! She could get killed!

*they all freeze when they hear a low growl. A wendigo attacks them. Cuphead and mugman shoot at it but get thrown against a tree by the wendigo. Both getting knocked unconscious*

Boris: MUGMAN! CUPHEAD!

*the wendigo grabs boris by his throat, boris starts choking for air. He kicks and squirms but soon begins to lose his breath. Suddenly, he hears a gunshot and the wendigo falls to the ground, dead. Boris is breathing heavily, his vision getting dark. Before he passes out, he sees a silhouette approaching him*

*later*

*boris lets out a groan and slowly begins to wake up. He hears two voices*

???: they shouldn't be here...

??? #2: look, i know that we're supposed to lay low but i couldn't just watch that thing kill them!

*boris slowly sits up, he realizes that he is laying on a couch. He looks at the direction the voices are coming from. His eyes widen and he smiles*

Boris: Rina! Alex!

*the two hybrids look at boris. Rina li has her red hair down, she is wearing a gray crop top and purple shorts, her socks are both uneven. Alex is seen wearing his usual eyepatch to cover his scar, he has a white t-shirt on and brown pants*

Rina li: *smiles* you're finally awake!

*boris hugs rina*

Boris: i haven't seen you two in so long! *looks at them* how have you guys been?

Rina li: we've been good. *frowns* but.....we still haven't been able to find Brianna, puppet, or Carolyn....

Boris: *frowns* oh....

Alex: ...... *looks at boris* hey, how has Brooklyn been?

Boris: she's been good. She- *eyes widen* oh crap! I forgot!

Rina li: hm?

Boris: where's mugman and cuphead?! Are they okay?!

Alex: don't worry, they're fine. *points to another couch*

*mugman and cuphead and both seen sleeping on the couch*

Rina li: you got attacked by a wendigo. I was nearby so i shot it.

Boris: .....

Rina li: ever since the incident, alex and i have been laying low. *looks at boris* but i wasn't expecting to see you near here.

Boris: we were looking for nina.

Alex: is she okay?

Boris: we're not sure yet. I hope she is. *eyes furrow* wait, where exactly are we?

Rina li: in my house.

*boris looks around. It looked more like the inside of a mansion than a regular house*

Boris: oh.

*meanwhile*

*whiteleaf and dovey return to the mountain were everyone is. They suddenly see nina, shantae, felix, Oswald, and Julia there*

Whiteleaf: nina! How did you-

Nina: silver.

*silver notices dovey and runs over to her. He starts planting kisses all over her face, happy she's back. Whiteleaf stares at silver with a jealous type stare*

Whiteleaf: *looks around* hey, where's Daniel and-

*a blood curling scream echoes throughout the forest*

*a few moments eariler*

*violet and daniel run through the forest*

Daniel: let's split up! We might find whiteleaf faster that way!

Violet: *nods*

*violet goes left while Daniel goes right. Violet continues to run, she sees a silhouette in the distance*

Violet: *in mind: whiteleaf!!*

*she runs faster and gets closer. Her eye widens when she sees a bunch of dead bodies around the silhouette, it was a wendigo*

Violet: n-no...

*the wendigo hears her and charges at her. Violet immediately turns around and starts running*

Violet: Keep running!

*the wendigo gets closer*

Violet: Don't look back! Keep on running!!

*the wendigo raises it's hand, it's claws already stained with blood*

Violet: KEEP-

*the wendigo swipes down. It's claws dig into violet's back. Blood sprays out as it moves it's claws down her back. Violet lets out a blood curling scream that echoes throughout the forest. The wendigo grabs her head and continues to move its claw down her back. More blood sprays out as her screams continue*

*the screams stop*
