"Yes, she did. Not by herself, of course. Naruto DID play a huge role in bringing him back, but not completely. Kishimoto has stated that one of the main reasons he actually came back to the village was because of Sakura. Naruto saved Sasuke physically, but Sakura saved Sasuke emotionally. Naruto, through exchanging of blows, told Sasuke where he truly belonged and who he really is. Sakura is the one that saved him from the darkness of his emotions and taught him how to love again. Especially when Kishimoto also mentioned that after his and Naruto's final battle, when he apologized to her, is when he first realized he loved her. And the fact that she just said "stop talking I need to concentrate" reveals that she's no longer the obsessed fangirl she was a long time ago, as she didn't even process this. So yes, Naruto saved him, but Sakura did as well. It doesn't just revolve around one person, and they both took as much effort to save him. It took Naruto so much chakra and pain to save him, but same with Sakura. She may not have suffered the same way as them, at least not physically. But she did emotionally. She's the emotional side of Team 7. She's suffered what it's like to lose the man she loves, to see her two closest friends fight, to be bullied because of her looks, etc. And it took all her pain and willpower to keep loving him, despite everything he's done to her in the past. So they both saved him on the same level. Naruto saved him because he physically fought him, but Sakura also saved him because she loved him."

We'll Naruto technically did. But I think Sakura played a part in it. Sasuke knew that he could go to Sakura because she loved him.
