(Dick,Tim and Damian are home alone)

*phone rings next to damian*

Tim: Damian get the phone, Dick is working out and I'm busy!

Damian: *rolls eyes pausing the TV and picks up the iphone* hello?

Commissioner Gordon: hello Damian is your father there?

Damian: uh no sorry he's out on business with Alfred

Commissioner Gordon: is Dick there?

Damian: yes he is, I'll get him. *puts him on hold* Dick it's the commissioner!

Dick: *walks in with water bottle and takes the phone* hello?

Commissioner Gordon: it's Jason.

Tim: *walks in with worried face*

Dick: what about Jason? Is he ok?

Commissioner Gordon: he was found this morning, he was under the influence of cocaine.

Dick: *frowns* again? Is he in the hospital?

Commissioner Gordon: not this time, he's at the police department.

Dick: I'll be right there. *hangs up* we're going out.

Damian: *sighs* Todd is an idiot

Tim: he's just troubled.

Dick: very troubled

(At Gotham police dept.)

Commissioner Gordon: follow me

(At Jason's cell)

Jason: *staring into space*

Dick: Jason?

Jason: ...

Commissioner Gordon: he's not talked much since he came here, someone called saying he was high near a nightclub but when we found him he wasn't talking or doing much at all

Tim: is he going to be ok?

Commissioner Gordon: yes he'll be fine but the rehab and therapy isn't an option anymore, he will have to go now, Until he is better at least.

Damian: what if it doesn't work?

Commissioner Gordon: *frowns* if he is still suffering from this he will go to Arkham Asylum until he is better

Tim: *looks down at hands* oh my god Jason, what have you done?....

Dick: when can he come home?

Commissioner Gordon: he can leave now, there is no fine since he is sick. just look after him though, Jason needs his family.

Dick: *nods* we will all do everything we can for him

Commissioner Gordon: *nods* that's all I can ask for and I'm sorry I had to call you again.

A/N: ok so Jason has officially crossed the line, I know y'all are probably going to be like what no but c'mon you did sort of expect it coming at some point.

This one shot wasn't requested either, it's just me being typical evil me.

I did eventually need to do this though so don't be to pissed off at me and comment some questions and dares for Jason, maybe it'll get your anger out your system?
