At Sharma house:

Tia was roaming around the house trying to capture and remember ever smallest detail of her of the house she spent all her life in before moving out . Sharma house was decorated beautifully with her favourite flowers and drapes ; candles and floral archs ; greenery accents and cascading ribbons . It was all so beautiful .

"My favourite lillies " exclaimed Tia with joy while pulling out one from the bunch .She bought it closer to her nose to inhale the fragnance . Just when she was about of inhale it again she felt a strong pull and within a second she was inside the room. She was about to shout for help but she saw Ashwin and as usual he was carrying a smirk on his face .

"What the fuck is wrong with you ? " shouted Tia

"Don't curse " said Ashwin in his strong cold voice while taking big steps towards Tia . His sudden movements towards her made Tia step back. They both stilled their movements only when Tia's  back hit the door .

Ashwin bought himself closer to Tia and bolted the door from his one hand.

Tia pov- Ashwin took big steps towards me . And My heart started beating. It was beating so fast and loud to a point I bet he could hear. My back hit the door but he still didn't stop. My eyes immediately closed when I felt his breath on my neck .It was only when I heard him bolting the door my eyes spung open and I came back to my senses. I gathered all my strength and sanity to hid my nervousness and to question but he sushshhed me making me shiver even more

"whattt.. aree you doing?" said Tia nervously

"shh..shhh" said Ashwin while moving his hands towards her shoulders to calm her shivers caused due to their closeness

Author pov - 

Tia tried to speak something but Ashwin interrupted and said in a his cold bossy tone "Speak only when I ask you to" .

(AUTHOR POV- He is shutting her up as if after his close proximity she is in any condition to speak something sane )

"Are you sure about this marriage?" asked Ashwin in a calm tone

"Have you changed your mind? Do u not want to marry me?" said Tia with heavy voice

"I like my contracts fully matured" said Ashwin with a smirk

"what?" said Tia . Ashwin released her shoulders and moved back to the couch

"The contract .. Our marriage contract is on the table .Read it carefully .If you agree then sign it. Once signed you will have to abide by all the conditions . And mind it once signed you are mine you will have to keep this marriage for 2 years even if you changed your mind in future "

"Hmm " replied Tia .

Tia started reading the contract .And after reading it for good 5 minutes

"who made this contract?" asked Tia

"any problem? My lawyer did" replied Ashwin with a confused look

"Wow , This contract ...Can I meet him? He surely has experience and skills . This is pure work of art."Tia exclaimed

"Are you flirting with a man infront of your husband?"

"What? Firstly i have not signed my contract yet AND Secondly i am not flirting just admiring someone work . " said Tia

" Yeah whatever "said Ashwin

"I agree to all the terms and conditions but I want to include one thing more" said Tia

"listening" said Ashwin

"I want you to act a little you know lovey dovey ( she said this in a very low tone ) infront of some people" said Tia

" u can directly say that you want to touch my body. I don't mind "said Ashwin jokingly

"Noo, I mean you will have to act as caring and protective infront of certain people " said Tia

"Okay. Anything else? " said Ashwin

"Rest is fine" said Tia and signed the contract

"happy collaboration" said Tia

"Leave " said Ashwin in a cold tone

"Leave now" said Ashwin again in a harsh tone this time making Tia shiver and leave immediately

While leaving the room she murmured to herself " Is he mad or PMSing?"

" I can hear you" said Ashwin making Tia run away

In Ashwin's defence he heard someone steps coming near the room. He cannot let anyone know the secret of their marriage

Few hours later

Tia is getting dolled up in her bridal attire . She is wearing red lehenga with red bangles (chooda). Her hairs are tied beautifully in a loose bun covering it with gajra .She likes to do minimal makeup so she is doing it herself.

Aishwarya enters the room
"Oo my baccha you look so beautiful. Kisi ki nazar na lage "
(Translation: May God protect you from evil eye)
Said Aishwarya while applying kajal yo the back of Tia's ear

Tia smiled on hearing the compliment from her mother

"Mamma, you are also looking pretty as always. Apko bhi kisi ki nazar na lage" Said Tia

"Haha mujhe kon nazar lagayga" Said Aishwarya

"Tia beta you are going to start your new journey of life . Always remember we are always there for you. You can always come to us" Said Aishwarya

"I know mumma. I always have you, papa and  Rahul bhaiya" Said Tia

"Beta one more thing I want you to remember is marriage is not always 50-50 like you young children say nowadays. " Said Aishwarya

"Somedays it can be 70-30 or maybe 80-20 and vice versa" Said Aishwarya

"Why should women be the only one giving" Said Tia

"Bachha ,I am not saying that only women should be giving. One day your partner might have to give 70% and you will give 30% and on other day you might have to give your 70%." Said Aishwarya

"I understand mamma .Thank you for your advice" Said Tia

"Tia, mumma pandit ji is calling for the bride " Said Rahul

"Oo my my " Said Rahul looking at her sister Tia

"What? " Replied Tia

"No... your makeup artist has done her job well in hiding your monkey face"said Rahul

" Mamma see he is still calling me monkey"said Tia annoyed

"Meri bacchi ko pareshan nahi karo" Said Aishwarya

Aishwarya adjusted Tia's veil .

Ashwin was already sitting on mandap when Tia arrived . Tia sat on the seat next to him.
"She looks so breathtaking" Ashwin thought

Pandit ji started with the rituals and chanting mantras. In between Tia raised her eyes to look at Ashwin who had a stern look on his face as if he was in a deep thought. Tia tried to read his face but got caught by Ashwin .

"Am I looking that hot ?" asked Ashwin

"Yes " replied Tia still lost in trying to read his face 

"Hot or smokin' hot?" asked Ashwin with a smirk on his face

Tia cheeks turned into bright shade of red thinking of what she just said . Embarrassed she immediately turned her face away making Ashwin chuckle silently at her response. "Cute" murmured Ashwin.

pandit ji completed with the rituals  asked Ashwin to fill vermilion on bride's ( Tia) head. he did as pandit ji said and some vermilion fell on Tia's nose .

"gosh.. sorry" said Ashwin trying to wipe away the vermilion on Tia's nose

"no need to be sorry beta it is the sign of happy marriage" said pandit ji

pandit ji completed with mantras and said "shaadi sampan hui".

 He got up and gave his blessings to the newly wedded couple.

"Congratulations Mrs Awasthi" said Ashwin to Tia

"Hey , don't change my surname." replied Tia

"Well you should have thought about that earlier Mrs Awasthi" said Ashwin

Tia made a face and finally gave up and wished" Congratulations to you too Mr Awasthi" Tia said with a smile on her face.

Tia pov-I am married again but this time it is a contractual marriage.  I am feeling too many emotions inside me right now . I am happy to see my family happy . At the same time I feel guilty for lying  about this marriage but i have to do this for their own good . I feel sad for leaving my family behind .But i am happy thinking of i no longer have to feel the pressure of  being a  divorced women. I am excited and nervous at the same time thinking of how am I going to live with a man who was just a stranger few days back. Ashwin does not seem to be that bad except on certain situations where he tests my patience and gets on my nerves .Asha didi is very sweet . I guess I will finally have a sister which I have always craved for.Maybe the next 2 years won't be that bad. Even if they are I am strong I will handle it.
